Rooms were big enough for a family of 4. The sofa bed was good enough for kids but adults wont fit. Breakfast was appropriate and nothing fancy. Live-station was present but not encouraged. Not a lot of variety but for a 1 day stay it was ok. Great location and the most important part was the doorman who was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would visit again just because of him.

Would love to have a bit more variety in breakfast like some slices of bread and a welcoming chef at the live station who is willing to make an omelet. We loved the old lady who looked after the breakfast but she was preoccupied by other things. This is seen generally in all hotels in Armenia. They have live cooking stations but the chef tries to look busy and away most of the time.

Location is excellent, breakfast is a bit limited compared to big hotel buffets but everything is handmade and the lady in the breakfast room is very friendly and goes out of her way to please customers. Also the people in the reception are friendly and easy going.

the beds in the twin room are extremely small, actually more like for children! the matresses are very very hard making lying down uncomfortable. Also in our shower water was coming out only from the rain shower on top and the guy in the reception did not know how to fix it-it was never fixed! I understand that this is a small hotel so no big expectations!

This was not our first stay at this lovely hotel, and definitely won’t be our last. It’s a charming, cozy place nestled right in the heart of Yerevan—perfect for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, and the atmosphere feels personal and welcoming. Everything is always clean and thoughtfully arranged. But what truly sets it apart are the homemade breakfasts: delicious, heartfelt, and served with genuine care. A wonderful experience, every time.

The location was perfect. The hotel is less than 5 min away from the main square and walking distance from most of the famous sites to visit. We were very warmly welcomed and everyone who work there was always very nice and helpful and they accommodated all of our needs. They organised for us 2 excursion outside of Yerevan and gave us a lot of recommendations of what to visit or do in the city. The food for breakfast was very delicious. We will absolutely come back here the next time we are in Yerevan.

Highly recommend! Very nice small hotel with kind staff always ready to assist you! Rooms: comfortable, quiet big. Not new, but you can see, that staff takes care about everything. Cleaning was good. In the room are everything you need (inc robes, sleepers, shower and toothbrush kits, tea, coffee, good sized fridge) Breakfast: meat, cheese, eggs, potatoes, fruits and yogurt, porridge, coffeemaker (with quest ok coffee). And amazing omelettes, which very nice lady doing special for you it the breakfast room. Reception: very kind and helpful staff Location: very comfortable! City centre with few minutes working to mail sightings, lots of restaurants, cafes and taverns for every taste !

Good location, comfortable. It was quiet on the 5th floor, did not seem to hear any neighbours or people in the hall, or outside.

The bed was almost rock hard, not conducive to a good, long sleep. The kitchenette lacked basic amenities such as a spoon, forks, bottle opener. These are little, cheap things that would have improved the impression about the place drastically, but whose absence leaves a glaring hole, especially considering that there is a microwave there...

This small, cozy hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan, offering an excellent location that is quiet yet close to all the sights. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. The breakfasts were particularly noteworthy—excellent and very homey. The wonderful Narine, who cooks everything by hand, shares her warmth with each guest, explaining each dish and taking great care of everyone.

The only drawback I found was the slightly worn towels.

Living area large sofa and view from window that opens Shower large string pressure hot water. Elevator breakfast Armenian and real coffee not instant. Front desk clerk excellent English very welcoming ready to help.

No screens on window no cutlery dishware, only one sofa one chair no desk. Carpet worn not much room at side of bed

Location was excellent, walking distance from everything necessary, very close to the Republic Square and great restaurants and shopping. The closest metro station is on the Republic Square. Staff was exceptional: friendly, polite, reliable and always happy to help. We booked our airport shuttles and trip to outside Yerevan to see other famous sights through the reception, everything was organised well and with no delays. We were impressed! The hotel was clean throughout. New water bottles were provided every day, which was really nice. The air conditioning worked well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good, it included warm and cold fishes, tea and coffee, juice and water, pastries, pancakes and fruit, and also cereals and porridge. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to those who would like to visit sunny Yerevan!.

WiFi was not always working. depending on where you are in the hotel, on my Android phone I could not get it to work on the 5th and 4th floor, it worked on the 2nd, and then there was an opportunity to connect to other WiFi networks in the breakfast area and lobby, so the solution was found. The other family members managed to connect on their phones., Including iPhone and Android. The little kitchenette had a microwave, fridge and a kettle, would have been nice to have some plates and cutlery, however we borrowed some plates from the breakfast room when necessary, so it worked out.
