Room was very comfortable, with great views, great linens and comfy bed.

Bathroom amenities were missing on day 1, so we called the reception desk to request conditioner which was empty in the shower container but it took 2 nights for it to be replenished. On night number 3 the bath soap in the shower finished, so I called reception again to have it replenished but it was not replenished. We stayed 2 more nights and we used shampoo instead of soap but that is NoT what I expected from a 4 or 5 star hotel

The location is amazing, the staff is amazing

The AC was not working properly, it was hot in the room, also the room and bathroom were very small, so standard rooms are good for one person.

Staff was freshly trained and passionate about their work, eager to help with any requests. Room layout was very well thought through with evrything in the right places. The location is in the heart of the city yet it isn't noisy.

Room: Modern with classic style, well equipped, everything of good quality. Lots of slots for charging cables, both Type A and Type C. Bedding: Super comfy with just the right softness, even the pillows. Location: Perfect, quiet (at least that’s how it felt from our room), lots of cafes within walking distance for great breakfasts or dinners. Public spaces: Nice area on the 2nd floor where you can sit and work with a laptop; there is a public computer with a printer-scanner machine. Service: Perfect.

The only tiny thing was with the shower cabin; it was leaking a bit, and after a shower, it was not very pleasant to enter the bathroom with a wet floor. But additional cleaning solved this.

A new hotel with fresh, high-quality facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions or needs.

The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work, and the temperature stays uncomfortably high at 26–28°C. I asked the staff to open the window because it doesn’t have a handle and requires a specialist. They opened it, but now that it’s too cold outside and I want to close it, I can’t, as I still don’t have a handle. The choice is either to freeze or overheat.

Location and Staff are outstanding. Rooms are quiet and clean with prefect bathroom size.

I've reserved the suite, and it was unacceptably located with a blocked view of a neighbouring building ! These types of rooms should be located in a better view area.

Rooms are small. facilities were few for example. Wax kit and shoe heel puller are not available in the room. There is no bag for dirty clothes in the room. Hotel housekeeping didn't have hard/firm pillow and all pillows are very soft. On the last day, when I was taking a shower, shower gel is finished, which was clear that not refilled before. The amount received for the room was so high and better hotels can be booked in Yerevan with this cost.

Location is perfect, lots of pretty bars, restaurants and landmarks around. The hotel is brand new, modern and clean. Beautiful Christmas decor. Staff is lovely. Very professional, friendly and helpful. As an unexpected treat, getting to use the sauna after a day of ski was amazing.

Can get noisy on some nights due to the bars in the street. Rooms are sometimes done after 6 pm, which is not ideal but no deal breaker. I would definitely go back.

Smaller room size than expected. Very clean, Best staff, Excellent breakfast, bar and restaurant. Hotel location is fantastic with walking distance to everywhere. It can not be quiet because of the street noise/people. Has nothing to do with hotel itself.

The staff was super friendly and always smiling. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here. The service was top notch, the staff at Marriott was 10/10 and I would 100% recommend courtyard to my friends and family who plan to visit Yerevan. Special thanks to Miss Sona who was a champ!
