Very good location and excellent service. I was really helped to contact my taxi driver, who delivered his car to the wrong location, and assisted during my way to the place, where the driver parked his car. I really appreciate that received my room few hours earlier, than hotel check-in time, and I could get a rest after my long night flight. The hotel is located on a quite street in between all major points of interest of Yerevan and in walkable distance to them. All other streets around are filled with restaurants, fashion shops, …etc. A big supermarket “Parma” is on the North avenue, just in a few minutes walk. You may participate all night events and get back to the hotel , since the area is safe and beautifully illuminated.

The location of the hotel is great. Central Yerevan, close to many sights and attractions. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. When we told them that we can't have breakfast one morning as we will leave early for a daytrip they offered us to bring us all breakfast items to the room the night before. This was a really great service! The breakfast was fantastic in general.

Cleaning can be improved in some areas although it wasn't too bad.

Super friendly stuff. I arrived early and was told that they are full. But they still managed to help me with an early check in . Good value for money . If you’re looking for the hotel in the city center this is a nice option.

Not about the hotel but the district: since it’s located at the city center it gets a little loud at night when locals go party. I still managed to sleep well. Just remember that you can take the windows to the room with the windows to the different street.

Olive Hotel is in a very central location, a few minutes walk to Republic Square. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent every day, and they even packed a good spread for me when I had to leave early for day tours.

The staff is very kind, in special Liana from the reception. The breakfast is good and the hotel is really very well located in the city center. The room was very comfortable. The reception helped me with the transfer to the airport and also gave many suggestions for tours. I accepted all the recommendations, and everything was really great. I recommend the hotel and I would definitely go back there.

The location is perfect, very close to every point of interest and very well-served. There’s a nice bar right next to the hotel with live music and several places to have a nice breakfast. Also a big lounge room and a co-working inside the hotel were cool. The guy at the reception, Akop, is very attentive to guests’ needs and really helpful. Thank you

The room was a bit worn out, a little renewal wouldn’t hurt. For this price I would expect a better furnishing or at least an included breakfast. The bathroom is not very comfortable, the shower wasn’t working well and the balcony door handle was torn apart when I arrived, but all was fixed the same morning as I mentioned it to Akop.

The location is superperfect. Just in the heart of the city. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Having all you may need.

I was not initially assigned to the type of the room which was confirmed during booking. I managed to be moved to the right room on the next day. Around the hotel there are some construction works. No disturbance, just not a good view from the balcony. There is also a bar next door with a loud live rock music till 22:00-23:00 every night. So, be prepared.

My friends and I loved the location of the hotel. Technically, you can say it's located in the heart of Yerevan. Nearest to Republic Square, Yerevan City Supermarket, Bazar in Ararm Street where you can find a lot of souvenirs. What I liked the most is the hospitality of the staff, they are so nice. We were treated well from check-in to check out. We'll definitely stay and recommend staying here!

As Asians, we're used to having a bidet in our toilets - well considering that we're visiting another country, we're aware of this scenario. My recommendation is if the hotel's aim is to be the one of the safe-haven for tourists, then it's worth investing in adding this in their toilets. Overall, our stay is so amazing!

This is a very good solution for staying in the centre of Yerevan. I stayed here in two different occasions, ie chose It again After the First time. The hotel Is a self-standing Building with spacious rooms and nice view. The staff Is extremely nice and also offer car rental.

Water in the room can take a while to turn hot.
