Very clean and newly renovated place. Quite comfortable, feels like home. The property is exactly as depicted on the listed photos. Furniture is beautiful. The kitchen is excellent with high quality tech. The nespresso machine works great! The mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. It's very quiet at night, allowing for a great sleep experience! Great price for such a location and amenities. Would like to come back!

Everything was perfect. The (small) minus was the old man's smell coming from the towels. The owners might want to consider changing them. Also the blankets were a bit short.

The location is perfect, and the hygiene is exceptional. We even got a nice welcome gift since it was our wedding anniversary. I would recommend it for very long stays, we stayed for a short time but if we were staying longer it would have been very convenient with all the available kitchen facilities.

It is not your typical hotel or Airbnb. It's something in between. We landed early in the morning on Sunday and it was not easy to enter the permises to drop our luggage to keep them there till 2PM (checkin time) it's more like an automated self check-in where you receive a code close to 2PM. Maybe if it wasn't a Sunday, it would have been easier to reach someone to open for us, but I would still give it a 5 Star rating since the rest of the stay was exceptional.

The location is great. The equipment and facilities in the suite are also high-quality. The bathroom is decent. The Manager, even though not fluent in English, has a weirdly likable personality.

Even though the overall room is decent, the bedroom is tiny. There's hardly any space to walk with the double bed in the room. I hurt myself on the bed edges twice. It's also very dark because the window opens to a wall. The building overall is a bit weird and there's strong cigarette smell in the entrance lobby. But not in the apartment. Also, felt a little petty that they refused to give us extra coffee pods when we requested and said that they only provide 2 pods a day for 2 guests. Not what you'd expect when you pay so much money for a room.

I like everything about you accomodation and I will recomended it! It is very well equipted, clean, good for sleep, etc. Location is great and everythin is close, the shop is nearby and important things for sighseeing. I liked the most the fact that you were available during the night to resolve the issue wit the key and let us in the lobby to stay. we were very tired and that helped a lot. Thank you so much.

I would like if you have had things in the kitchen like dishwashing liquid or at least 1-2 tables for dishes/washing mashine. I found to buy in peace in the shop and I don't think it is a must, however that is the only think I would add.

- The location is excellent, with it being 3 minutes away from the Republic Square, and several supermarkets 1-5 minutes away. - The apartment is very cozy, and the color palette is so relaxing :) the rooms are clean and tidy. - All of the required modern appliances are present, including a dishwasher, 2 smart TVs, a capsule coffee maker, and a huge fridge+freezer. Plus there is a lot of storage space. - The hotel and the room are quiet. The living room window is facing the internal courtyard, so it is quiet even if the window is open. - The bedroom window is facing a building wall, with lights off it is very dark - which is a huge benefit for us, since we enjoy sleeping in :) The bedroom itself is not that big, but we found it perfectly comfortable. - The staff is responsive and we had 0 issues following the instructions for the self check-in, or with the check-out process. We loved our experience and plan to book Arch hotel in the future!

Amazing location, exceptionally clean room, comfortable furniture, fantastic kitchen with all the necessary utensils (and even more than you will probably need), great bathroom. Flexible check-in and check-out and friendly and helpful staff. We would love to come back when we next visit Yerevan

The hotel is located in a building that’s still undergoing construction or renovation, and therefore the elevators are not very clean. We did not hear any noise, though (we stayed there right before the New Year). The room didn’t have normal windows, which we knew in advance: it wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but again can be a problem for some. Finally, there were no instructions as to how use the strongbox, and it looked like it was not functional. But those were minor things, and everything else was great, so I totally recommend this hotel.

In one room both windows were facing walls of other buildings and this was not clearly mentioned in the description, so we didn't have any sun light at all. We use toaster usually for breakfast and it was not available, would be good to have it.

Room, Cleanliness, Location.

There should be provision to come with Cab/Taxi till the Hotel Building Entrance. Since tourist travel with trolley, bags, kids, stroller, it is very difficult to get down near the main road and then take all things till the Hotel, since the automatic barricade gate wont open for every vehicle for entry.

The property was well organized and clean. They provided all necessities to be self sufficient, including a Nespresso machine with a few tablets as well.

Only one AC in the apartment. However we had left the bedroom door open, so we were ok.

Location is great, very quiet but right in the center. Clean rooms with nice facilities (washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge)

I was informed that I will have view over other building wall, but I wasn’t told that this wall is right at my window, literally zero day light in the room
