Absolutely loved my stay at this charming one-bedroom apartment in Yerevan! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to Republic Square, plus easy access to supermarkets and delightful restaurants. The apartment itself is a cozy haven, beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My family's five nights here were simply wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan!

The AC doesn’t make the room cooler. I requested an electric fan for my kids which they provided immediately.

The apartment had a very good location, it was on the 10th floor of the building, close to the center, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, parks, metro and the central square. Apartment was clean, tidy, with all the necessary things, as disposable hygiene products, towels, extra blankets, pillows, new linen. The apartment is equipped with a TV, WiFi internet, has a large kitchen with balcony, large living room, a large refrigerator, stove, microwave and many other necessary details, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle... As well as a bathroom, there is a washing machine, a hairdryer and everything positive I can say.

The apartment had a very good location, it was on the 8th floor of the building, the view was normal, it is close to the center, there are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, parks and the central square nearby. The metro is also nearby. There is a cafe on the first floor of the building. The entire apartment was very clean, tidy, with all the necessary things, as a gift, disposable hygiene products, towels, extra blankets, pillows, new linen. The apartment is equipped with a TV, WiFi internet, has a large balcony, even the bedroom has a separate balcony, kitchen, large living room, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, a large refrigerator, stove, microwave and many other necessary details, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle... As well as a bathroom, there is a washing machine, a hairdryer and everything positive I can say.

Location is great, the apparent is spacious and well maintained with sufficient facilities for short to mid term stay. It is quite warm so there was no need to use the AC. The staff is quite helpful

WiFi is slow in the evenings (almost like someone else was using it too) - I don’t mean streaming slow but cannot open and load google maps slow. Also the communication with the staff can be a bit confusing before the stay with couple of phone numbers reaching out to you via WhatsApp and asking for 50% via link but this is their process and it was ok at the end.

The location is absolutely perfect. You can either walk everywhere or have a taxi at your front door in under a minute (nuts, I know) when using the Yandex GO app (pro-tip: get a 14 day prepaid sim with unlimited data for approx €7) The room itself had everything we needed: - Washing machine - Bathroom with shower / toilet - Clothing iron and board - Working TV - Refrigerator / Freezer - Functional kitchen - 2 ACs - Microwave and water cooker - Good wifi (netflix was no problem) I was honestly surprised to see how clean the place was. Everything was cleaned thoroughly, even the hard-to-reach places that are usually overlooked by hotel staff. The people running this place are also very helpful and always seem to respond very quickly. The 24/7 security staff also has no issue reprimanding guests who are not considerate to others (i.e. being loud or otherwise abnoxious), which we appreciated.

This is regarding appartment 39 (5th floor) Some of the kitchen cabinets and especially the bathroom vanity were in bad shape. They were clean, which is great, but they did look like a sneeze would destroy them. Because of this we were very reluctant to use some of these cabinets as we didn't want to be held liable for damage. We even made sure to not lean on the vanity at all when shaving or putting on make-up, which is not something we usually concern ourselves with. The toilet cistern was also leaking, forcing us to close the doors at night since the constant dripping kept us awake. There is no housekeeping from what I can tell. Luckily washing and drying your towels is quite easy here but it's something to keep in mind.

Everything was great from cleaning to apartments placement and host. Some details: - paid some money in advance using AMD card - no problems - host sent me some instructions on how to get into apartments - worked well - no extra attention from host, no extra payments, no extra attention on check out - that's how I like it - 3 bottles of cold water in the fridge - thanks) - climate control works well in both rooms - the apartments city placement is brilliant, I know Yerevan - believe me, this is one of the best places to have your apartments - all most interesting city center places are up to 13 minutes from the apartments - furniture is decent, everything you'd like in the kitchen - is in the kitchen; there is enough porcelain as well - cleaned floor/furniture - 4+/5 at my taste: I'm a bit crazy about it son it's a really good mark - supermarkets around - a lot of, I prefer 24/7 Yerevan City (300 meters) and Carrefour (200 meters); it's also close to Urartu hardware store network (400 meters?) - you can easily purchase anything you like - I like to se the city from above yet at the same time I like to be somehow with people of this city - that's why I've chosen the 10th floor apartments instead of 17th floor. These apartments are in the very center, but they're place so well that you won't hear cars - it's really great - and yes - Ararat is seen from the _big_ balcony, some buildings cover lower parts of the mountains yet the pike is visible. As a conclusion: next time in Yerevan I'll stay here, 100%.

A couple of light bulbs were out of service yet I didn't bother host - they were in nit critical places for me yet it's better to check such features from the host's side. Actually it's really tough to find something wrong with these apartments.

Apt 141 had a wonderful view over the city & Mt Ararat. Lovely long balcony where you could enjoy coffee or drinks. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. Lovely decor and excellent facilities including a washing machine. Excellent central location close to cafes, bars and restaurants and a well-stocked. supermarket Excellent communication and instructions from the time of booking and throughout our stay from the management team. Great security onsite. We highly recommend this apartment.

Location Got permission to leave luggage in room as we arrived early. This was helpful and certainly reduced the stress levels

We arrived early, had no internet access, so unable to contact owner/manager and had difficulty communicating with the security man. Lucky my friend turned up 15 minutes later who spoke Armenian and was able to get a better understanding about what was going on In future maybe consider a few signs on wall assisting newcomers

The proximity to the Republic square, and walking distance to almost all of the main sights was something very convenient. The shuttle from/to the airport was just on the other block.The apartment was clean and comfortable and offers all you need for an excellent stay. Washing machine, kitchen utensils, smart tv, lift, bed linens are available. There is also a terrace with a nice city view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Vlada and Asia!

Nothing to dislike

Perfect location, right in the city center, at the same time it is quite and safe. The apartment is clean and nice, and has all the necessary facilities, the temperature inside was comfortable even if it was quite cold outside.

According to their internal rules (do not know why?) an employee came to pick up the deposit on the day of check in and came to give the deposit back on the check out day. In my opinion it was absolutely unnecessary formality and it distracted me a little.
