The room exceeded my expectations in both size and comfort. It was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to move around and spread out. The layout was well-thought-out, making it easy to navigate and settle in. I really appreciated the ample storage space for my belongings, and the bed was large and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. As for the location, it was perfect—conveniently situated near major attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when needed. I could easily access nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made exploring the area a breeze. All in all, it was the ideal setting for both relaxation and adventure.

Though the room was nice, we did experience a few issues with a leak in the toilet and the heater not working properly.

the best location in yerevan in the most center of north ave, the room are hugh with all needed and the view are amazing. each room equiped with smart TV and the showers have very hot water which are not popular in armenia. we had breakfast included and it was delicious.

there is no straight elevator from the lobby to the rooms, need to get on 2nd floor and than replace to another elevator. thats mainly bad during check in/out when you carry your baggage.

The staff were extremely polite and considerate, we had no issues communicating with them either. The pool, sauna and gym were spectacular in their own right! The view was perfect, the couches and seats were comfortable and the beds were as soft as could be.

The utensils that weren't commonly used weren't washed and extremely dusty. The bathrooms also lacked a hose or a bidet, but that's more of a middle-eastern complaint.

Great location, spacious very well equipped flat. Comfortable bedding, marvellous views. Friendly responsive staff.

Smell from shower sinks in both bathrooms. Heated floors which you cannot switch off (for some people is may be actually a plus :) but we are the ones who prefer sleeping in 18-19 degrees :) so we had to keep windows wide-open.

Good place with great views from balcony, warm swimming pool. Trully nice and helpful staff.

I'm a bit disappointed. On Booking.com room was advertised and "sold" as a room with no prepayment, but right after booking the hotel sent me a message that prepayment ​was required and should be processed within 24 hours. The same situation was with the early check-in, on booking.com my request to check-in one hour earlier was confirmed while the staff didn't know about it and the room wasn't ready. As I write in positive part the staff was truly nice and we somehow solve the issue.

The location was the highlight, along with an amazing apartment with all the facilities.

We faced the broken window issue, which was not resolved by the hotel. I don't know why. And last 2 days they didn't give us water bottel after asking also,they asked us to drink tap water. In which we were not comfortable so we bought it from outside

Amazing hotel, the hilltop rooms are very big and amazing for big family, everything is available around the hotel, shopping centres, restaurants, and also some Arabic restaurants. The daily room service they will change your towels and clean the bathroom, but if you want to do the deep cleaning , it is chargeable.

We booked 3 apartments for our trip and we enjoyed everything. Professional and amazing staff, which was helpful throughout our stay. Great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments are spaciuos, well equiped and clean, it felt like home. We will definitely come back! ❤️

Took executive suite which comes with huge rooftop terrace and offers stunning views of the mountains and entire city center. - Perfect location - Clean spacious rooms - Well equipped: washing machine, kitchenette, microwave, dishes and cutlery etc. - friendly staff

No cleaning service in rooms Pillows are not very comfortable

I loved the location, the room layout and size, everything you need is there. The breakfast was superb, for our taste, quite small, but the quality is great!

The sound proofing is not the best, and considering the locals do,love their car exhaust sounds a lot, it is quite difficult to sleep , especially if you are sleep sensitive.
