The hotel is centrally located and is very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant, very friendly and ready to help any time. The hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. There's also a great place for breakfast a few steps away called Art Lunch as well as various restaurants very close by too.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and friendly. It's good for Muslim people because they do have Bidet spray at their bathrooms, and they are flexible to help and advise if you need. I strongly recommend them. Thank you by Mohamed Afifi ❤️

I had a single-room which was in the basement floor which I didn't expect. Almost no day-light. I understand that is economy-single room but It was roomless and tight even for one. So if you have a big luggage like me it won't be a good choice. Also you can hear and feel when subway is going underground the building.

It was really convenient studio-room and excellent employees. They managed to prepare my room before the arrival time. The location is great too, in the city center.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, aircond and water heater are working really well. There is a bidet too! Location was walking distance to everywhere. I like that its just next to a cafe where it opens early at 8 am until 9pm with reasonable price (my fav place to go, even after a long walk back, i still chose to stop for a coffee there). Currency exchange and grocery store are all within 50-100meters. Its across the road to the tour agency office (hyur). If you need a ride (yandex), the location is well located, i have no trouble getting a ride. The airport transfer are dependable. Staff are all helpful, warm and attentive (as i asked lots of questions and made lots of requests, but they are always helpful) . I like that the hotel has a hardcopy map of yerevan. Really useful for a solo walking leisure.
