Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

We booked the grand suite which is a very good size but ran into problems with some of the electric switches not working issues with a few things in the bathroom that needed fixing and instead of putting through maintenance people disturbing our stay a whole entourage of staff came and took us to the Presidential Suite and moved all our belongings with no fuss at all! That was amazing and a wonderful treat! No words can describe the warm hospitality we received. Thank you!

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Grand. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The Hotel is located in downtown Yerevan, within walking distance to prime locations, bars, restaurants and cafes. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - the food was pretty much the same every day, but tasty. I used the gym once - small, but well equipped with brand new machines.

I stayed in a room on the fifth floor and could smell polluted air coming from outside through the A/C. The shower also needs urgent renovation - the shower head seemed stuffed with calcium and sprayed water in all directions. The shower faucet was also loose and I sometimes struggled to turn the water off completely. As regards breakfast, it's such a pity that the traditional Armenian lavash was dry as a bone during breakfast - the first one I took clearly wasn't fresh as it was completely crunchy. Other loafs of bread also seemed to have been baked at least one day before and left out to dry... Hard to explain at a 5 star hotel.

The character of the hotel , the facilities (especially the large sunbathed rooftop pol) and the location were excellent . It felt very zen to come back to.

This would have been a ‘10’ star review if it had not been for the fact one of the staff (I don’t know who) took my cash when cleaning the room on the second last day. I left the money out for the taxi on the table to remember to take it early morning the next day, and after the room was cleaned I came back after being out all day and found it gone . I clearly remember this as I have a photographic memory , so I was heavily disappointed. I guess it was my fault for being trusting but it left a bad flavour on checkout.

Everything was perfect!!! The rooms were impeccably designed, spacious, and exuded an air of elegance while still feeling cozy. Cleanliness was top-notch; everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. It was clear the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard, and this really enhanced the overall ambiance. But what truly set Hotel Yerevan apart was the personnel. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, each person was genuinely dedicated to making me feel at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, answer any questions, or offer local recommendations.

Perfect location, nice service at every moment, a place to be also because the memory of Charles Aznavour tells us a wonderful story. Armenian people are wonderful !

If something to mention : depth of 1,40 -1,45 for the swimming pool is a little bit small for adult people - but the pleasure is there - whatever the depth ! I understand that it’s probably better for children.

HIstorical building. Hotel has an excellent position right in the center of town.

Breakfast was an average 3* level. Bearing in mind we were on holiday we were going to breakfast late ....around 10.30 which is half an hour before it ends. The problem is that at this time they are not replenishing food...you eat what's left. The roof top swiming pool is basically open to the public .... we were there two days and both times there were big groups who were not staying of the hotel....this is really uncomfortable as the swiming pool area is small.

Great hotel with everything you need available. The staff are helpful with all questions. The swimming pool is always a nice addition. The hotel is a good location and most things you want is a walking distance.

The AC was horrible and asked them to fix it multiple times but it was still bad. The elevator is extremely slow.

The hotel is the oldest in Yerevan and public areas are indeed grand. The location is very good with most sights within walking distance. We were given a very early check in (night train) for half the price of one day. Room rate was reasonable

Grant Hotel Yerevan is an amazing hotel and is was for a long time on my wish list - this hotel truly deserves to be on the list of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, will all the necessary equipments. I love the curtains as well, they were very pretty! We loved to stay at this hotel and we will book this hotel next time for sure!

This is an opulent hotel that exceeded my expectations. The decor, space, dining room, bar/lounge area where all extraordinary. But, above all, the staff made the stay most memorable! The kindness and attentiveness of the Armenian people is unparalleled!
