I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly each day. The location is excellent—close to main attractions and easy to get around. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel facilities, including the gym and lounge, were also top-notch. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the room itself was comfortable and clean, one major downside was the street noise. My room faced the main road, and despite the windows being closed, I could still hear traffic, honking, and late-night activity from outside. It made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep, especially for someone sensitive to noise. I would recommend the hotel to consider better soundproofing for the rooms or advise guests to request rooms facing the inner courtyard. Overall, a nice stay, but the street noise definitely affected the experience.

Location and facilities were great. However I think staff are the standouts, with everyone working at the hotel from housekeepers to front desk staff being very friendly and committed to making every guest feel welcome. A special thank you to Mary, one of the front desk staff, who was immensely helpful to me and my family.

The one complaint I had is that the credit card machine rejected every single card I attempted to use for payment (even my Armenian bank card) fortunately it was possible to pay with cash but I would caution foreign visitors when booking to be prepared to pay with cash. Euros, Dollars, and Dram are accepted- but the lack of card payment was incredibly inconvenient for my family

The location was fantastic and very central, the staff - particularly Anush - were amazing and super accommodating, the family room was comfortable, spacious, and fit the six of us perfectly, and overall we were very impressed with the accommodation!

One very minor downside was that sometimes the upstairs neighbours were noisy or there was street noise, but nothing too major. Also, keep in mind that cash payment is preferred at the property, even though the Booking site says they take credit cards.

Very good location between the opera and Republic place ! Pushkin street is very well known for its shops, restaurants, cafe.. Very easy to have breakfast for very low price in front of the hotel ! Staff is very helpful they booked us a taxi for 4am at the airport !

Some difficulties of communication at the beginning but after every thing was ok!

The location is very good, walking distance to Opera house, Cascade, Freedon Square,... They don't serve breakfast, but we did not mind, because we were in a different "feeding" rhythm anyways. The receptionst was superb, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful with everything and hospitable. To me she was the highlight, although our room was also large enough and very comfortable.

The pool and the wellness area is on a small side, tiny in fact. I expected it to be a bit more spacious.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The room was well-equipped, making our visit very comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the area on foot. Access to the room is secured by two magnetic card doors, which is more convenient than a key and allows for two sets if needed. We highly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly return on our next trip.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are a good size and the staff and friendly and do their best to help with everything.

The sofa bed needs replacing and there is a bar right next to the bedroom window that plays loud music from early in the morning until 11pm or later at night.

This was our second stay at The Phoenix. The staff is very caring and does their best to make your stay smooth. We coordinated a ride from the airport, left our bags while we wandeds Yerevan until check in time. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. It's so central to everything and the neighborhood is filled with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Can't wait to return!
