Apartments on Amiryan Street: Very good location, right in the city center, 3-5 minutes walk from the Republic Square. The windows overlook a noisy street (just keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper). Several 24-hour supermarkets nearby. The apartment has, in general, everything for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 4 days, and this is a great option. Very responsive host, always in touch. It was very nice to receive disposable slippers :)

A few minor comments that didn't affect our stay, but nevertheless. 1. The host is a chain of apartments, but as I understand it, there is no separate page on Booking for each apartment, so it is quite problematic to find the reviews that relate specifically to the apartment before booking :) 2. The apartment had one frying pan and no lid (this is not critical at all, but it would have been nice to have one). 4. Small traces of stains in the bathroom, in some places something is sealed with tape. A little dirty sofa. The house is not new, the apartment is not new. Again, this, in general, did not affect the quality of our stay and rest!

Pushkin 49 is a very cool space in an amazing location! The balcony is such a nice touch. Check in and communication was very easy with the hosts , and they kindly let us check in early for no extra cost which was wonderful!! Loved the style of the interiors , it’s a really unique studio and v clean :)

Nothing! All good and nothing we didn’t like. Please note there’s no lift just in case you’re planning on bringing heavy cases

Host alowed us to check-in early, that was nice. Well lit place with cozy sofas and convinient bed. Working table was good also.

The apartment is in great location, very close to Yerevan city center. There are lots of stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is so charming and cosy. I liked absolutely everything about it - the bed was comfortable; the kitchen had everything you might need, if you want to eat there; the bathroom was pretty and the balcony was very nice. The hosts was very helpful and nice too - we had a bit of a struggle with getting the key, and Vardan - our host reacted immediately. Our overall stay in Yerevan was fantastic

We liked everything. If I have to think of anything negative - probably because the street is in very central location, it can be a little noisy, but it wasn't problem for us at all.

The staff was professionally helpful and quick in respond for a late-night reservation so thank you for that. The room interieur was exactly as it described. The bed was comfy and the surrounding is nice: close to the heart of the city.

The venue is in a different street and place in the city as it was described in booking.com. It may cause inconvenience. The key box code for the entrance what we got, it wasn't work. We could enter only with the 3rd series of code after the first 2 failed.

A little bit beat up furniture that needs to be replaced with new one.E.g. the bed in one of the bedrooms was quite uncomfortable and load if you moved even a bit. That’s not very pleasant. Exchange and buy new mattresses too. Quite expensive in comparison to similar accommodations nearby where we were greeted with a lot of local fruits and mineral water - maybe you can offer that to your guests too in the future.

The apartment is quite newly furnished, bright and clean. There were all the necessary supplies and equipment during the stay. Air conditioner worked flawlessly. Apartments are located in a great location in Yerevan, right next to the Republic Square. The owners were always available and friendly.

The apartment is a little worn, it would need some cosmetic repairs (just to repaint the walls and to change in the bathroom faucets, shower head).

Location is excellent, plenty of commerces, cafes around. Appartment has all you need, a bit oldish but everything funcional, evry clean. Very easy and immediate communication with the host is really appreciated. Would certainly recommend it !

Bed is a bit tight for two, but after loads of walk one sleeps well :)

The property is spacious and clean and has all the essentials that you need. Quiet neighborhood. Very responsive staff and quick to assist with the needs and requests of the guests. A home away from home.

The steep road from the main street going to the apartment was really tough to walk through. 😅

It was the perfect location for the sites and getting around. The apartment had all the amenities required for a stay and was clean and quite large. Organised to meet the owner prior to check-in and stored my luggage. We met upon arrangement to check-in and all went perfectly smooth. A taxi was organised upon leaving just after midnight and all went smoothly. I cannot fault the apartment at all and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Without a doubt I would stay here again and recommend to all.
