We had a wonderful experience at Hayasa Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Sonya. She went above and beyond—not only was she helpful with her regular duties, but when we needed someone to help us translate for a taxi, she kindly stepped in and assisted us. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Hayasa Hotel is a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is in a good location, making it easy to explore the city. A special mention goes to Marzpet, the bartender. He makes great drinks and is always kind and helpful, making guests feel welcome.

All the staff were amazing, warm and friendly. My regular interactions were with Davit & Karo on reception and Milena at breakfast. All were attentive, helpful and welcoming so thank you for making my stay so pleasurable. You made it feel like a home away from home, especially as I was travelling by myself. The Deluxe room I stayed in was homely, cosy and clean. I preferred this to the standard room (which I viewed) so it’s worth the extra money if you can manage it. The location was spot on and central. It was a 5 min walk from Saryan street (filled with trendy, rustic cafes, bars and restaurants) and 15 min walk from Republic Square. The breakfast was top quality and the bar had a great range of cocktails and wine. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had an incredible experience at Hayasa Hotel Yerevan. Everything was amazing—from the cozy and stylish rooms to the impeccable cleanliness and top-notch amenities. The location is also super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I especially want to highlight the night shift trainee staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. He was extremely attentive, polite, and proactive—genuinely one of the most dedicated hotel staff members I’ve come across. He absolutely deserves to get this job full-time. Hospitality needs more people like him! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Will definitely come back.

The only small thing I didn’t love was that the toothbrush was chargeable, which felt a bit unusual for a hotel of this category. It’s not a big deal, but something that stood out in an otherwise flawless stay.

Luxurious design. The room facing the back was totally silent and had a pleasant view. Professional and friendly reception staff and bellboys. Fast WiFi. Very comfortable mattress and bed sheets. Meticulously clean. Fantastic location (4 min. walk to Saryan street).

The hotel has a beautiful bar and I ordered an Armenian 🇦🇲 coffee when waiting to check in to my room. It was the worst Armenian coffee I had in Yerevan (I visit regularly thrice or four times a year, every year since 2009). The friendly barman used a jezve to make it but the coffee used is not suitable for jezve. It also cost the same as an espresso I had in a cafe with a view of Lake Geneva a few months ago so make of that what you will. My advice to the hotel manager is to cross the road, turn right and walk 30 meters where a very good coffee grinder shop is located. It won't justify the high price but at least it will be a coffee of acceptable quality (it won't prevent me from visiting again, in fact I will soon book a room for my next visit in February).

We recently stayed at the stunning Hayasa Hotel Yerevan, and there's so much to love about this property! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The first thing that caught my eye was the elegant and inviting lobby, beautifully designed with modern touches and luxurious furnishings. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impeccable, from the stylish decor in the rooms to the well-maintained facilities. Area was outstanding, everything was within walking distance. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service, stunning aesthetics at Hayasa Hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations, making for a memorable and delightful stay.

Some rooms are joined with locked door between them. If someone lives in joined room - you can hear them too well(((( And they don’t provide buffet for breakfast if there is not much people. You get breakfast a la carte

I had a fantastic stay at this Hotel! The location is perfect - it's on a quiet street, yet right behind is a historical district full of charm. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, which pleasantly surprised me. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, and the bellboy assisted me with my suitcases, making my stay even more comfortable. I really liked the hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone who really wants to relax and enjoy their stay in Yerevan. I was only here for a few days, but next time I will definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed at the Hayasa Hotel Yerevan during a business trip and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a large desk and high-speed internet. The staff was also incredibly helpful, arranging transportation and providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to many corporate offices and meeting venues. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yerevan.

The hotel is brand new, with a nice design, stylish and beautiful architecture. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are frsh and clean. All nessesary tools and appliances are there. Nice and helpful staff. Good location - literally 15 min walk from the Republic Square. Quiet area. Nice breakfast.

AC wasn't working properly - might be very hot in Summer. We had 2 rooms and one of them was so hot we had to open windows.
