The pool was superb. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Especially the room service ladies were the best, they did a flawless job in the room. However, the staff behind the reception was not so welcoming. They never greeted and when asked if they would be so kind as to order a taxi for us, since we hadn't managed to buy an Armenian number, they shrugged it off and asked us to do it ourselves each time. Afterwards we did not dare to ask them. Great view from the room, and you slept well in the bed. Air conditioning in general throughout the hotel was fantastic, we have never experienced anything like it. We will definitely come there again and can definitely be recommended.

Overall we loved this place. But of course there are also some tiny details. For example, there was a bit of mold in the shower cubicle, the breakfast wasn't that varied, and it wasn't something you want to cheer for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, always great freshly made omelettes. Great swimming pool just in front of the hotel. A lot of parking places.

Room cleaning was very odd. They have never changed/cleaned dirty mugs (we had to wash them ourselves), no vacuum cleaning or floor washing in the bathroom during all 4 days of stay. Also, we run out of toilet paper, however they did not replenish it. Regardless whether we left tips or not.

Good, clean, big hotel. Big windows, rooms are spacious, beds are good. Reception is professional and speaks English. We went away for a few days and they kept our bags, it was no problem. Pool area is nice. Staff (like cleaning staff) is very friendly. Amazing showers.

Sometimes there’s a dj at the pool that plays music so loud I put earplugs in. Like: nightclub on a Friday loud. The manager(?) lady of the pool bar was angry and rude all week. Literally saying ‘whát’ when we wanted to order something, like I was annoying her. The breakfast is a bit simple and offers no variety. Coffee machine rarely works.

Nice swimming pool with many sunbeds, large rooms with all ammenities. Beds were comfortable, nice view and rather quiet.

Some people from the reception were quite unfriendly. They did not want to assist us with ordering a taxi or advise us how to get one. Restaurant food was bad and we had to cancel part of our order after 1hour of waiting.

I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as the value of this place greater than the cost. Even before our arrival, the hotel was responding quickly on all the questions, ready to help and put a compliment in the room as one of the guests had birthday. All staff from reception to housekeeping is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed open swimming pool and service around it with an amazing saxophone and DJ playing good music .

Hotel has not very central localisation, but it's very easy to get to main Yerevan attractions from there (there is nice pedestrian tunnel to city center). Neighbourhood is safe - there are some goverment buildings arround and there is a lot of police and other security. Room was very big, on high floor. Room was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Breafast was tasty, but as later you came - less dishes you could choose. Free parking around.

As in neighborhood is full with government building in many placestaking picutres is forbidden. This prohibition applies to the area outside of hotel (ban is not clearly marked) and even from windows in room (there are some signs glued to the window) It was so, so strange. Especially that those security staff and police, tend to be very inpolite and they are watching you very carefully during you come or out from hotel.

Good, quite location, close to city centre, big, renovated room, very clean , water, tea, coffee available in the room, stuff very friendly and helpful if any request, wifi working well, nice view to Ararat mountain. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was good, but the restaurant do not posses the pots that keep food warm and if you come to breakfast ~9.00 the food, which suppose to be warm, is cold and means not tasty, and it repeated all 3 mornings. Vegetables also taken straight from fridge and very cold. The area in lobby bar always in cigarette smoke smell, so if you are not smoker you will not sit there. The hotel is renovated, but windows kept old, they are big and if to open these it it not t seems to be safe because no any security barriers installed prevent from possible falling out.

Water in the pool was cold. Not enough clean in room, everyday we found long black hair in the room’s bathroom :) small choice for breakfast.

Very friendly ladies at check-in and checkout! Best breakfast I have in any hotel anywhere in the world! Also they were very kind to let me take photo of the famous mountain Ararat that only 8 people survived the the flood, was Noah and his family!

Stay and rooms are comfortable

We stayed 3 nights, 4 days at this hotel, and all the 3 days breakfast was the same manu. If they had changed the menu daily, it would have been awesome. On the first day we liked breakfast very much, the other 2 days we did not like it as it repeats the same menu..
