I loved the overall vibe of Andor Hostel. The garden is stunning, on par with what you'd expect from luxury hotels. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are amazingly comfortable—something I always pay close attention to, especially the pillows. This hostel definitely met my expectations in that regard. The co-working area is fantastic—a great place to work, study, or just relax. While it's not located in the city center, I actually see that as a plus! It gives the hostel a peaceful, cozy atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here!
The fact that the rooms are located on the 4th floor might be challenging for some people, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. Another thing is that after arriving, you get this feeling that you’ll want to stay for at least a week. In that case, having access to a kitchen for cooking would be convenient. While they do have a kitchen, it’s not available for guests, which I understand. Allowing guest use might make it harder to maintain the current level of cleanliness and tranquility that I appreciated during my stay.

Great facilities. Beds are confortable; bathroom is clean and has whatever needed such as toothbrush, bath gel and shampoo. The breakfast is really healthy and very good - it was always on omellette or scrambled eggs with bread and tomatoes and cucumber. We left our bags the last day and it was super okay! Location is not exaclty in city centre but 5 minute walk to a metro station or 20 minute walk to Cascade Complex
Average noise isolation: We could hear noise coming from the stairs and the other doors consistently closing. The blackouts didn't block the sun so it was really bright early morning which made ir hard to sleep. On the last day one of the staff unlocked the room door to clean while we were sleeping - a probable miscommunication but rather unconfortable.

Night staff was great, very helpful when I called at 1am from the airport! 24 hour desk is great for late arrival. Armenian breakfast was delicious (not included in my room cost). Rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Curtains are always appreciated! Towel and slippers are given to each guest. Balcony was nice to have and great view of Mount Ararat! I loved the hotel kitten Simone! Quiet area of the city and walking distance to the center.
My room key deactivated every day which really sucks when you are staying on the top floor. More shelves are needed for things, there are no shelves in the beds or in the shower room to put anything on. Not sure how often the showers are cleaned. They looked clean, but I stayed for 4 nights and the same 3 grapes(?! why were there grapes in the shower?!) were sitting in the drain the entire time I was there.

Clean and right near the metro stop, restaurants, and a few supermarkets (take note that the supermarkets don’t open until 8:30AM). Property was clean and the dorm rooms come with a large terrace in which you can see an expansive view of the city (and hopefully Mt. Ararat if it’s clear enough). Towels were provided for free, and the WiFi was fast. Rooms and bathrooms were also very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was AC in each room. Each bed came with an outlet and there two other in room outlets not in the beds. Lots of coworking spaces and a full kitchen for guests to use as well. Would recommend!

The staff was so kind and helpful, everyone was so friendly and willing to guide and help. The room was super clean and it was exactly as the photos were. The location was good, there were supermarkets nearby, a metro station in a 5 minutes walk distance and a bus station in a 2 minutes walk distance. I had a breakfast here as well and I liked it. Wifi was very good and high speed They have a kitchen so you can borrow whatever you want. We had a little terrace as well but we didn't use it that much because of coldness outside. It was a very good stay

Every hotel has its strengths and shortcomings, but ultimately, it’s the overall experience that shapes your impression. I’m giving Andor a 10 out of 10 — not just because of its facilities, but because of the outstanding customer service provided by the hotel manager, Tatevik. Although Tatevik was away during our stay and we didn’t get to meet in person, she was incredibly helpful and responsive through phone communication. Her attention and support really stood out and made a difference in our experience. We were a group of five friends staying in three separate rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right. Breakfast wasn’t self-service, but it was of good quality and we were satisfied. What we especially enjoyed was the social vibe of the hotel. Many solo travelers were staying there, and the common areas made it easy to sit down, chat, and connect with people from different cultures — a lovely touch that made the stay feel warm and communal.
The building doesn’t have an elevator, and unfortunately, there was no one available to help us carry our luggage upstairs during check-in. Some staff members could smile a bit more and bring a little extra warmth to their interactions. There’s a shared fridge in the lobby for everyone to use, which is appreciated. However, considering the spaciousness of the rooms, a small fridge under the desk would add much more comfort and convenience for guests.

The accommodation experience at this place is complex, and I'll try to clarify the picture. The hotel separates men's and women's rooms, an approach that seems taken straight from the 1940s. The low price is tempting but proves to be a trap - with no kitchen facilities, guests are forced to purchase their meals from the hotel (the breakfast, by the way, is tasty, though the coffee is disappointing). The rooms are terribly cramped, to the extent that personal odors from neighbors behind the dividing curtain permeate the space. The cleaning staff works under a gloomy atmosphere, and it's evident that management operates through fear and exploitation. Despite this, the workers show exceptional dedication - every request is met quickly and efficiently. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the linens and towels, although worn, are kept meticulously clean. I would recommend management to reconsider their policies: publish transparent pricing on Booking.com, set a fixed price for breakfast, add a kitchen for guest use, and eliminate the outdated gender separation. In conclusion: Although the place pretends to be a hostel, it's actually a one-star hotel that functions well thanks to its dedicated staff. The many contradictions of the place perhaps reflect Armenia itself - this was at least the Armenia I experienced. Rating: 10 for the dedicated staff, 5 for management. I hope this review will lead to change, otherwise the place will remain a hotel for the poor instead of a proper hostel.

Andor exceeded all expectations, providing a truly unforgettable stay. From the moment I stepped into the beauty lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was a haven of tranquility, impeccably designed with plush furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's prime location allowed easy access to the city's top attractions. However, the serene ambiance of the hotel provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. I can not praise the staff enough. Especially the receptionist Alvard. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. They were always willing to assist, going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Overall, Andor Hotel is a true gem. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a first-class experience.

Extremely clean, amazing helpful staff, excellent co-working space with many places inside and outside to sit, work or just chat with others. Also there are ridiculously good views of Mt. Ararat from my balcony. On the bonus, other guests in my dorm were awesome and we all feel like a little family. As a solo female I felt very safe here, there are keys for lockers and rooms so everything is very secure. This place is truly a gem.
There is nothing to dislike, I have ended up extending my stay here :)

Staff were very friendly, they explain everything very clear help me to find direction and even call a yandex taxi which I recommend if you wanna go to airport. The position of the hotel is very good, near to metro, and bus station, also you can reach to the city center by walking 20 minute. There is a supermarket at the corner You can easily buy groceries also you can exchange money very easy and at a very fair rate.
The shared room is a bit small for 4 person, it was a bit hard without the lift to reach 4th floor. There was only tap water and a bit of tea as welcoming or 24h availability.
