A fantastic experience staying in Yerevan! I loved everything – the hospitality, the recommendations, and the communication. I especially want to highlight Lusine – take good care of her! :) If you're looking to feel at home and be treated like family, this is the hotel for you.

The taxi driver had trouble locating the hotel because there was no sign indicating the building is Grig Hotel. However, it's located is close to the Metro station and the manager, Lucia, served varied breakfast and bent backward to help us find the place for us to visit, made diner reservations and arranged taxi for our destination. Every morning, I sat in the loggia and enjoyed the quietness and the view of Mt. Ararat.

The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement.

The location was very comfortable for my trip. The exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff made me wish to come back. Everything was excellent! Thank you, Lucy and Armina for all your care, and for making me feel at home.

The only issue that could have been better was the side of my room: overlooking the busy Bagramyan Avenue with all the typical street noise.

I want to say a huge thank you to the owner of the hotel Grig! Everything was wonderful, fast check in, friendly treatment, clean room with amazing view. Bathroom and bed are excellent. All the staff were very kind and considerate. Good European breakfast, every morning something new. I was met with everything. I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the hospitality and beauty of Yerevan and its people!

This mini-hotel truly exceeded my expectations: I felt like I was in my family. A sparkling clean room with a private bathroom and full amenities; a big queen bed, new furniture, a small fridge and a good air-conditioning system — everything you need for a comfort stay in your journey. The hotel has a dining room, they provide very good breakfasts, and tea and coffee are available around the clock. There is also a cozy terrace where you can enjoy your meal or beverages in the evening. You can discuss and customize your breakfast according your diet if required. Location: the city center, a couple of mini-markets are nearby, the big super-market SAS is in 10min of walk. The bus stop is very close to the house, the metro station (Marshal Bagramyan) is 600m away. The staff and administration were very nice and helpful, and showed the true Armenian hospitality. They even kept my luggage for several days free of charge, while I was in another trip outside of Yerevan. I truly recommend them, and will definitely stay there the next time.

Hotel is great, we liked it. Also good that it's close to the city centre, to the Cascade. They always have tea and coffee available which we also enjoyed.

The only issue is to find the hotel - it'a name is so small and written in grey on a gray wall :) But good that you can ask people nearby and they'll help

Selfmade Jam a every morning a different tasty hot dish. Proposing to pita table more comfortable for writing to your room. Very pleasant staff. Thanks a lot.Best value for little money!

My family stayed there for a few days and they were so pleased with the cleanliness and great staff and a good breakfast everyday.

The owner he was great! He made sure everything was fine and on my second night set me up with my bottle of red which I got from my day tour to a winery. With a great view! 🙂 Very clean and great bed thank you hotel Grig

Only thing I can think of is the signage is very small hard to find by taxi driver must be council regs! 🙂
