We loved everything about Orbeli hotel, the hotel looks new which they paint and refresh every year. Our room was really spacious with king bed, sofabed and Balcony. The Mountain View from the room was amazing. Staff was very helpful and supportive and speak English. Many thanks to Anahit the manager and Rubin from reception who helped us a lot to plan our day visits. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day. The room has mini kitchen with microwave with utensils, plates and coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is good and with variety of items. Hotel location is not in city center and we intentionally chose this hotel as all city center hotels are old and with really bad reviews. Area around Orbeli has everything you need supermarket, pharmacy, café and restaurants . Metro is 8 min walk and republic square is 3 stops away. The hotel has parking space in front. Never hesitate to book at Orbeli hotel if you want and excellent hotel stay and enjoy Yerevan

Oh, eveything was great and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Orbeli hotel. The room was very clean, well-lit and it was very practically arranged for the comfort of the guests. I was really happy that there was a lift, because during my search for hotels, many didn't have a lift, which made them unsuitable for people with difficulty using stairs to reach higher floors. The air-conditioner worked well. There was a small table with 2 chairs. Especially I liked the kitchenette with the sink, electric kettle, microwave and dishes. The bathroom had hot water and a good towel dryer. The room was cleaned every day and 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee recharged. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was cozy with good-enough breakfast. The lady working there was very kind. I also really liked the location of the hotel. Many supermarkets, bus stop and a beatiful park were nearby. We would definitely choose this hotel in our next trip to yerevan and I recommend others to choose it without doubt.

Really nothing

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. The lobby and common areas have a fresh, contemporary look, and the rooms are equipped with everything you might need, from fast Wi-Fi to updated bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. The fitness center and pool were also a big plus, offering a clean and modern space to relax and stay active. Overall, the hotel feels up-to-date and provides excellent amenities that make the stay convenient and enjoyable. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort with modern touches.

The hotel itself was comfortable with good service, but the biggest drawback is its location. It’s quite far from downtown, which made getting to the main attractions and restaurants a bit inconvenient. Taxis and rideshares added extra cost and time to every outing. If you’re planning to spend most of your trip in the city center, this may not be the most practical choice. However, if you don’t mind being away from the hustle and prefer a quieter area, the hotel could still be a good option.

The room is very cute, clean, and well stocked. The staff were very kind and helpful. They even let us check in early and they helped us to make a restaurant reservation since we didn’t have a way to call. The breakfast was average, but could use more vegetarian options. The balcony was tiny and the view was not as nice as the ones shown here. The location is a bit far from the city a 20 to 30 minute walk. Our taxis always seem to miss the hotel as well since the hotel is located on a corner of a busy road. It is definitely a comfortable place to stay, but maybe not the best location for tourists as it is far from all of the main attractions.

It was modern design Super clean Breakfast was excellent - a variety of selections - super fresh. Laundry charged per kg which is awesome! The front desk people - nothing was a problem and they were super helpful. The view of Mount Ararat is superb from the suite. Housekeeping ladies did an excellent job making up the room. Stayed for 5 nights and would happily stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At times, water in the shower flocculated in temperature and pressure. Wifi signal sometimes not strong Be aware - that returning back to the hotel in the Yandex, the pin can be incorrect on the default. Pick up is fine.

It was close to two metro stations, kebab shops and regular supermarkets. The distance between location and the centre was 15-20min by foot. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and floor mopping. The breakfast was nice and changed from day to day.

The street in which you park is a one way street which is difficult for tourist drivers to navigate in Armenia if they want to go to the opposite side of the city centre.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great amenities, fabulous and varied breakfast, extremely clean and in a good location (20min walking distance to the very centre - Opera House and Cascade). Loads of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions in the area. Very spacious rooms with a private bathroom, kitchen, and a balcony.

The hotel's breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they offered a variety of options every day to keep things interesting. Our room was immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were truly impressed by the level of helpfulness exhibited by everyone at the hotel. The hotel rooms match the pictures on the website!

Although the hotel's amenities were impressive, the location was not ideal for exploring tourist destinations. We found it necessary to rely on taxis to access the city center, but due to the hotel's location, it was challenging to find convenient parking and get in and out of the taxi.

Hotel Orbeli was perfect for our first stay in Armenia. Especially the staff was really nice and helpful when we asked for anything (calling a taxi, food recommendations, parking spot...). The rooms are spacious and clean, you got everything you need for your stay there. Breakfast was solid, also good options for vegetarians and vegans. Metro station and a few supermarkets are nearby, but if you want to explore the city by foot: keep in mind that it's a good 20 minute walk to the center from there. We rented a car for 2 days and had no problem finding a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel in the evening everyday. Overall a lovely place in Yerevan with great views of Mount Ararat :-)

There were lots of advantages: hotel location, room size, kitchen appliances presence in the room, comfortable bed, and quality breakfasts.

The room floor didn't wash during my accommodation. There were also problems in the bathroom (the shower head leaked, and the door of the shower cabin wasn't hermetic enough)
