Breakfast was perfect every day! Personal was smilling and was very kind. Pool was very n8ce every afternoon ... we were enjoying it very much.. not so many people, perfect sunset every evening from our balcony. ;)

Unfortunatelly, there is a bar under the hotel in the abbys and every night there was a wedding party ;) ... but if we closed the doors it was ok ;)... at least we were able to hear some original armenian songs...

Spacious, nice view, supermarket around the corner. Nice pool with garden and excellent breakfast. Good shower with water pressure and temperature. The airco also worked fine.

The carpets and curtains could be renewed. The fridge was really old and made some noise. For us Europeans it was weird to see an ashtray in the room.

Location is great, near the concert hall. The view from the balcony was worth the money. Nice room, some part are a bit old, but overall great room. I also had an early flight, so staff packed me my breakfast earlier.

In the corner on the ceiling there was a spider web and the spider itself, so staff doesn't clean those areas. Be noted that it can be noisy, because of the road.

Delicious breakfast and very helpful, welcoming staff. Peaceful and beautiful garden pool.

I wish there was more seasonal fruits. Love Armenian apricots but it's nice to have some variety during summer.

Hotel is more than decent with clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast and pool. The staff was super friendly and helping, allowing us to stay for 2 hours after the check-out and leave the luggage in the hotel during the day!

The helpfulness of staff. Limited use of English but worked really hard to understand. Ordered taxis as needed. Could not do enough to help. Kind and helpful. Rooms were a lovely size , comfy beds, fridge, close to places to eat and supermarket.

Proximity to city centre means taxis or metro needed. Very reasonable cost though and does mean you get a better 'Armenian ' feel. Was a little tricky to grab a breakfast when we had to leave early for a tour. Hot drinks were made for us though which was lovely and thoughtful.

Hotel staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough to help us. They ordered us taxis every day and were very friendly whenever we saw them. Facilities were great and hotel is in a lovely spot with views across the park and gorge to Mount Ararat beyond. There's a supermarket 2mins walk away that's always open and restaurants nearby. Hotel is quite close to the genocide museum and it is easy to get into the centre of Yerevan by taxi or metro which is about 15mins walk away.

The place gives enough privacy and suitable for long stays. Unique property hidden in the beautiful garden erecting atop Hrazdan Gorge. The views are amazing. Just a few km away from the city center. It's still quiet at nights with the highway traffic 1km away. A large supermarket and outdoor cafe are at 2-3 min walk from the hotel.

Feels like family run hotel. They are just enjoying doing their best to look after garden & property, so they didn't even think to monetize on extra services- no drinks in the room minibar, no tea/coffee at the lobby and the restaurant wasn't fanctioning on site in early May.
