Definitely the best hotel that we ever stayed so far. We are traveling for years and Dynasty Hotel was the best until now. A very beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect our favorite part was the spa😍 The room was very clean and comfortable 👌🏻 The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful 🙏🏻 Especially the girl at the reception was so nice with us 🙏🏻 When we arrived at the airport our reservation for our car that we rent was cancelled and when we communicate with her she immediately found us a transfer to the hotel! Thank you very much for everything! if we come back to Yerevan again this is definitely the place that we’re going to stay 🙏🏻

The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need—and more. You can even personalize your doorbell ringtone! The views of Mount Ararat are simply breathtaking, and the private spa was a fantastic addition to our holidays. Private parking and breakfast are included, and the staff was prompt and effective in resolving any issues during our stay. A warm welcome with a glass of local wine upon check-in was a nice gesture. While the hotel isn’t located in the city center, it’s just a short drive away, and a large shopping mall is only minutes away. Despite being situated between two roads, you might expect noise, but it’s surprisingly peaceful at night. One thing to note: complimentary spa access is available from 2 PM to 8 PM, and outside these hours, the spa is open to external guests for a fee.

Breakfast could be slightly more tailored to European tastes, and a few sunbeds in the spa would be a nice addition for relaxing between sauna sessions.

Generally they're clean and safe ... you have most of the amenities you need.. you will only need maybe a bath scrubber if you use it . Buffet is small in varieties but very clean and tasty. The location is not too far from the center . There is a street nearby has many services and shops. Generally this area is very calm and quite better than the loud center.

Staff do not easily understand English but it's something general here in Armenia. Tv only shows local or russian channels and all settings are in Russian.. no internet connection to the TV .you wont be able to connect with youtube or netflix. I had issues with AC the first day, the weather was very hot .. the AC wasn't effective. But later the weather went colder and i didn't need it anyway. Wifi didn't reach my room in 2nd floor unfortunately and i informed them . It wasn't fixed . But apparently it worked in other areas fine. I tried two rooms in this in two different reservations.. one of them was clean and perfect.. the other needs maintenance specially in the bathroom. I would recommend taking a room on the backside of the hotel it is more quite and sunny .

Great staff. Nice being greeted with a glass of local wine. Good breakfast. New and clean facilities. Comfortable beds, including a rollaway bed. Quiet despite being located at a busy intersection. It is about 15-20 min drive to the center but there are a few restaurants and shops near by.

The pool closing hour is too early @8pm. Hard to use it after a daylong tourism activity. Should be open till 10pm as in many hotels.

Modern and clean. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was good, although served a bit late. If you have a 9am tour, for example, you will have to eat for only a few minutes in order to get a taxi to the city center, which is about 10-15minutes away depending on traffic. The location is not in the center BUT it didn’t deter us from considering them because taxis were cheap anyway (between 600-1800 drams depending on the time). The welcome drink was also good! Internet broke down on our first night (for the entire hotel apparently) but they got it up and running the next night so it worked out okay because we were out the whole day anyway. Overall, I can recommend this hotel and will consider staying there again when I’m in Yereven.

The aforementioned minor issues (location, breakfast time) but all of which you have to consider before booking anyway.

This is a brand new hotel, far from the city center which makes it really QUIET. I enjoyed the view to the older city part, so natural and cozy. Air conditioning worked fine, this is really important in Armenia. The bed was comfortable as well. There is a good grocery nearby working till late hours. I will come back for sure. New furniture has a smell, I hope it will evaporate with time. Open windows solve the problem of course.

Brand new hotel easily accessable by taxi from airport and city center. Nice restaurant downstairs is a helpful advantage of the place. Extremely hospitable and qualified staff. "Don't disturb" indicator is incorporated in the outer panel and managed with a room switch.

Be ready for pretty intensive traffic around the hotel during daytime hours as expectable attribute of a vivid capital. Small shelf in shower cabin to hold individual soap/shampoo/gel would be useful for guests who are not quite happy with free personal hygiene products provided by the accomodation.

Let's start with the fact that the hotel is newly opened and everything is new and fresh in it. I came to relax and decided to stay at Dynasty. There are simply no words about staff, maintenance or services. The breakfast is extremely delicious thanks to the chefs and the rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive cleaners. Wifi worked great with no dropouts. I was greeted at reception with a very warm glass of wine. The reception staff will welcome you, serve you and give you a warm welcome. So I definitely recommend Dynasty Hotel

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, you can even book a tours around Armenia at reception. Room was super clean and comfy, all facilities needed are provided, no complaints about breakfast great variaty of dishes Pool is not so big, but clean and has a jacuzzi

Hammam and sauna didn't work due to hot weather outside and restaurant food seems a little overpriced for the quality
