Our room was upgraded to a bigger one and it was clean.

The amenities were not complete there was no toothbrush and toothpaste, there was no complementary coffee,tea and drinking water as well, it's not proper to take drinking water inside the washroom to drink. Choices of the breakfast was less and same on the next day.

I loved the service from the receptionist and housekeeping was very attentive. However, the location is quite far from the city center. I would appreciate if they use the airconditioner than the heater.

It is better if they use airconditioner the whole day than the heater as guest will get sick coming from the outside. Breakfast can be improved if they serve different kinds daily and not the same all the time.

My room had no windows. It was mentioned in the booking information, but I missed it, so it was surprising to me. I needed this hotel exactly, due to its location, and it had only 1 room left at the time of the booking, so I didn't pay close attention to the facilities. Also, it would be nice to have some complementary minaral water in the room.

We recently stayed at Yerevan Deluxe Hotel and was delighted to find it just as comfortable as when we first checked in back in December 2018. The room is cozy, and the location is perfect—close to great restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel's administrators speaks good english. Overall, Yerevan Deluxe Hotel combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

It was overally good for the price, our room has no windows but for an extra price we could move to another room. The food was OK not perfect not bad, that was what we were looking for.

The blankets werent that clean, breakfast could improve a lot by adding more items.

The room and the whole establishment is clean and staff was quite friendly. Room was spacious. The bed was really comfy and room temp was good (we went during winter). It's a good budget hotel though away from the center.

Breakfast was not good as they don't change it. They have 3 floors but no elevator so you have to carry your luggage yourself as they don't have a bellboy. The location is far from the center and subway but taxi rides are cheap (via yandex). There's also a mall nearby.

Good location, 30 min walk from the city center. Clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. I’m specially thankful because they helped me fixing a dress for a wedding at a very last minute even though that was not part of their duty.
