Nice big rooms, good Wi-Fi, beautiful exterior, and stylish elevators with glass panels. I especially appreciated the welcome ice drink and sweets at the entrance – such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. I enjoyed it every time I entered or left the hotel. However, the spa was disappointing. Despite visiting five times, I only received a towel on two occasions – and even then, just one. Most of the time, they either avoided giving towels or claimed they had none available. The water dispensers often had empty bottles, no glasses, or no water at all. It feels like the management is focused only on the hotel’s appearance from the outside, not on maintaining the experience inside. My recommendation to the manager: a beautiful exterior is not enough – the inside must be clean, well-maintained, and cared for as well

If you see the map of Yerevan and it seems you that the hotel is located somewhat far from the city center, don’t worry. It is not true. You can take a taxi (5 min away) or have a walk through the Cascade memorial to rich the city center. But at the same time have a good city view from hotel windows, especially at night. The stuff is very hospitable and friendly as all Armenians.

I ordered two rooms for 4 people. The room 324 was smoky by previous visitors. That’s why it was impossible to sleep there. And each room had only one robe (but after my call to reception, the stuff brought me plus 2 robes).

I had an outstanding stay at the Radisson Blu Yerevan, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The receptionist was not only kind but also extremely efficient, ensuring a quick and smooth check-in process. Shortly after, another staff member greeted me and showed me to my room, taking the time to explain all the amenities and ensuring everything was in place. Their thoroughness made me feel at ease and well-informed about the hotel’s offerings. The room itself was exceptional — spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed with the king-sized bed, which provided the perfect level of comfort for a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room was evident, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful selection of amenities. Throughout my stay, the service remained impeccable. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests I had. It was clear that they take great pride in providing an excellent guest experience. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the Radisson Blu Yerevan offers outstanding service and a wonderful, relaxing stay. I will definitely return!

Nothing everything was perfect

Overall experience is great, I chose this hotel because we didn’t spent time in the hotel as much as for sleeping only. But for quality of the towels, kettle, and cleaning in my opinion need to work on more. Otherwise the staff is so friendly and kind they helped us with everything since it’s our first time in yerevan. Also the air conditioner is on heater in winter time and i wish that i knew that before.

The management staff was so good. I liked everything about the hotel.Especially breakfast it was so good. The staff was nice and helpful especially Breakfast supervisor Edgar. He was nice and polite. The FO staff was great too Nare and Anahit were so nice 😊 Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

All was perfect, especially Lobby Bar Staff, Barmens are very professional, Great experience enjoying their service. Reseption Khachik,transfers manager Tigran,front office manager Alexis,they are also very professional in hospitality industry

Nice hotel with lot of amenities including swimming pool, Steam & Sauna. there is a nice pub and good breakfast. Next to the Hotels there is a huge park and walking distances to few attractions.

There was a A/C problem initially, to compensate that the moved us to a suite.

The best thing in Radisson is always the beds and the pillows and the entire "sleeping" framework including the blackout curtains and noise cancellation rooms. The bathroom, shower, towels, slippers and a lot more in the spa zone - this is what makes me return to this network in every city I travel

can't remember anything bad

very friendly staff, despite my early arrival, I was checked in immediately. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, I was pleased with the hot dishes and salads. wonderful spa complex, my friends and I had a great rest.

The crew was very friendly and the food was very nice. and beautiful spa zone.

Very noisy. There was a wedding celebration during our stay and the guests were partying till 3 am and it was a nightmare! We were staying with a little child and that noise was distracting her all night long. This is completely inappropriate in the hotel this level. Didn’t clean the room and didn’t take out the trash despite requests. Too much expensive breakfast.
