Staff is super duper friendly and helpful. Helped me with e erything i asked for! Even in the middle of the night - when i had issues with AC , kind receptionist guy fixed it for me - by bringing a new remote. Very nice people throughout! Oh and the breakfast staff was super nice , i came late ince and they let me stay however i needed , the lady didnt rush me at all ,she actually encouraged me to try more food and eat more (Armenian hospitality is priceless) and the brdakfast was delicious too - like Mama'a food ! :)

I had a bit of smell coming out of the bathroom drain, i dont thing they could fix it for me, it's smth constructual. But travelling around Armenia i felt the same in few places - fe nail salons also had this issue. So i guess it's not amth only my room had. But i closed the door and didnt bother me too much.

Tip: If you are an insomniac like me and prefer sleeping with multiple pillows and sheets, consider bringing your own to ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, make sure to arrange for airport transfer with the hotel before your visit to Yerevan, as private taxis from the airport can be significantly more expensive than regular taxis.

It was quiet and good hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean . Staff is very helpful. the best part is the view of Mother Armenia statue, mount Ararat and entire city view from room window. Super delicious breakfast. You can find a nearby Indian restaurant ( Flavor of India) which is very reasonable and provide very tasty food.

Its 4 to 5 Km away from Republic Square but you can easily get the Buses and Cabs. Otherwise all good

I rented a family room with my family, the cleaning was good, the room was beautiful, but the springs of the beds had problems, the beds were old and the mattresses were not suitable for sleeping, the springs of the beds bothered my back.

Everything was so neat and clean and houskeeping making room everyday and cleaning , value for money great deal budget hotel .

If staff speak english it will be more helpful

The staff is great, very helpful and nice! Breakfast are surely good enough. 10 minutes in taxi to downtown. A convenience store right across the street. A cozy place with about zero noise from the street, my room was just huge with a balcony. That was a perfect value for the price!! WiFi is perfect for work.

Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was really good (simple though). Location was nice, it was close to a large park. Also there was an amazing restaurant nearby
