The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The services were beyond my expectations. Staff and polite and friendly. I would like to thank Anna, the Manager and Ishxan for being very attentive and respnsive. They accommodated all my requests. The location is 20 mins from the city centre but very quiet and lovely which I wanted. I will definitely visit this hotel again and again.

Staff Cleanliness Facilities Room size

I have stayed in many hotels but this is the best I have had. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything worked asit should . The cleaners always came every day asking if room needed cleaning. Water was always replenished everyday. The reception staff were the fantastic and helpful. Also gave complimentary refreshments. This hotel is best service I have recieved and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

The staff was very friendly and treated the customer with great respect. On the first night of January, when we were guests at the hotel, the staff invited us to join their party, which was very valuable to us. The location was also good. The breakfast was delicious and every day was different from the previous day. In the end, I am glad I chose this hotel for our stay.

I would like to leave my feedback regarding my latest stay. The stuff welcomed us with warmth and were very polite and professional, specially manager Anna , her attentiveness made us feel valued as guest .The room is nice and clean ! Room service everyday. Breakfast has all necessary things with quite diverse selection .

Everything was great :)

Very friendly and clean hotel, i felt welcome and they treated me good. Especially receptionist Mary helped me very well. She knows very much about the job and her english is perfect. whenever i needed help she was there for me. I want to thank her for making everything more comfortable for me. :) also the cleaning staff are so lovely. very good people and whenever they saw me they had a big smile. my room was always very well cleaned!

Modern new hotel, the spacious rooms apartament suite, available parking places, a little bit far from center, but also far from trafic jam (no problem with cheap taxi), high level of cleanliness, kind and professional Staff, good breakfast till 11 AM, the attractive price, thank you for hospitality - we felt like at home!

Breakfast was OK even if the choice was a bit limited. Room was spacious and bed were comfortable. The lift worked well and the best was view on the Mt. Ararat from the hotel room window. The rooms facing towards the yard were quiet until the workers started at 8 am construction work.

We knew that the hotel was a bit outside the city centre and we had to use taxi to reach hotel, otherwise it was not on the bus/metro route. The shower did not have a protection grid on the floor, but it was not dangerous.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Also, the breakfast was good. It wasn’t a buffet, maybe because of the low season, but they still prepared eggs, sausages, some veggies, cheese, yogurt, and a muffin. If I could, I’d give it 20 stars! Highly recommended!

If you plan to be in the center of Yerevan, it's not the place. Also, they have some issue with water pressure, it switches between hot and cold when someone else is opening the water in another room.
