The room is amazing, comfortable bed, spa and swimming pool, the best couches, easy to use TV system

It got very loud during the parties in the evening. Poor sound isolation at the event hall upstairs. Impossible to have a quiet evening

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff are truly exceptional – always kind, respectful, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality and professional behavior made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really makes it special is the amazing team who work here. They created such a positive atmosphere and made my experience unforgettable. I sincerely thank the entire staff for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

This is one of the best hotle that I live during my stay in Yerevan, The Manager Nairi very respectful, he answer us within the same day of booking, he was supportive with our requests of late check out, other staff are so kind, smiling and helpful, breakfast food was perfect and kitchen services was also prefect and staff are very good as well, they even happy to serve you with additional food or drinks if you don’t like the Buffet…… the room was big and good, also the dinner in resturant was testy and nice

Minor concerns…….Looks like they have shortages of staff to serve quickly the room request, and dinner in the resturant…. The room smell was smokes as cigaret! Not that bad but we are sensitive and would be good if they spray it in better way…… the shower in bathroom need curtain or door to avoid water to go out side to the whole bath room …. Location not that bad, but you need car to go to the city

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great—the staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and I truly loved my experience. However, if you’re planning to stay here, make sure to check the room details carefully. Some rooms don’t have windows, and staying in one can feel quite suffocating. Other than that, highly recommended!

Hotel is quite far from the city center, but if you have a car, it’s an easy drive and there’s no problem at all.

I first and formost appreciate how kind the staff were, they spoke perfect English and were really helpful. The hotel was very clean and the service in general was good. The location was ok, 30 minutes from the main city in Yerevan which is like 3000k amd on Yandex.

However if I were to write any points of improvements I would recommend to improve the selection and quantity of the breakfast section.

We got a new room due view to a wall and roof. Next very good. Bought as town view. Very good pool area inside. Good air condition. Nice staff, doing their best, mostly understanding english. Much space everywhere.

The one building has showers, about 15 seconds ok, then 1 sec cold, 3 sec ok, then 1 sec nearly dangerous hot. You had always to wait for this. The shower door hard to open. Both this specially for children or elder people.

Our stay in Yerevan, Armenia, was truly incredible! The room (hello from 402!) was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we asked for. The rooms was so big and comfortable. Cleaning service was 24/7. Restaurant was good. Receiption was kind. Bathroom was clean and good.

Location was far from city center. Restaurant staff were not kind with kids. Pool had low quality and facilitis. They send me an email for transfer from airport and I answered them. But they told we had not receive your answer and it made me some problem in airport.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave!

the breakfast was very good... the location was away around 20 minutes from the center but that was ok as taxis are available with good price

I can say about this hotel is perfect except if the single beds were a little wider but for tiny people and for those who don't move during sleep I think everything is fine
