The room is amazing, comfortable bed, spa and swimming pool, the best couches, easy to use TV system

It got very loud during the parties in the evening. Poor sound isolation at the event hall upstairs. Impossible to have a quiet evening

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great—the staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and I truly loved my experience. However, if you’re planning to stay here, make sure to check the room details carefully. Some rooms don’t have windows, and staying in one can feel quite suffocating. Other than that, highly recommended!

Hotel is quite far from the city center, but if you have a car, it’s an easy drive and there’s no problem at all.

We got a new room due view to a wall and roof. Next very good. Bought as town view. Very good pool area inside. Good air condition. Nice staff, doing their best, mostly understanding english. Much space everywhere.

The one building has showers, about 15 seconds ok, then 1 sec cold, 3 sec ok, then 1 sec nearly dangerous hot. You had always to wait for this. The shower door hard to open. Both this specially for children or elder people.

Our stay in Yerevan, Armenia, was truly incredible! The room (hello from 402!) was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we asked for. The rooms was so big and comfortable. Cleaning service was 24/7. Restaurant was good. Receiption was kind. Bathroom was clean and good.

Location was far from city center. Restaurant staff were not kind with kids. Pool had low quality and facilitis. They send me an email for transfer from airport and I answered them. But they told we had not receive your answer and it made me some problem in airport.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave!

We really liked that the hotel was clean, and there was a jet spray in the bathroom which most hotels/toilets in Yerevan don't have. All fittings were modern and it was a good hotel. The receptionist was friendly and warm too.

The WIFI signal could have been better in our room. Since we stayed for just a day, it didn't bother us much. But if it was a longer stay, it would have been a bit of an issue.

Their's staff is so good and helpful But the location is not good for visiting downtown, that is so far from everything same malls, parks, best restaurants and coffee ,...

Beautiful, spacious, clean and soundproofed rooms. helpful staff. the food good. The style of the hotel also very nice.

The location is not central but the city center can be reached in 15 minutes by taxi.

Unfortunately, the hotel's heating system did not work at all.And many of the hotel staff were not friendly Except Nairi he was very helpful and care abiut pepole and another female and male reception.
