It feels like a complex resembling a military compound in a war zone. The road leading there is broken, and it’s located in a kind of construction site/industrial area. The complex and the rooms are huge, which makes it feel a bit uninviting and at times like you’re in an abandoned place. If you can look past that, it’s a good hotel. The receptionist speaks good English and is helpful. There’s a restaurant and 24/7 room service. The food is affordable and of decent quality. Swimming (and a gym) is possible in another building. The water is refreshing, but not too cold. Sunbeds and seating are available. Breakfast is also in another building. It’s from 9 to 11. It’s not very extensive, but sufficient. All in all, a unique experience :-)

Very friendly and helpful staff — we asked for several things during our stay, and they always provided them quickly and with a smile. The breakfast was good, no complaints at all. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. For the price we paid, this hotel definitely exceeded expectations. The price included access to the pool, gym, and breakfast, which was a great deal. There's also a pool table and a small sports bar area where you can relax, watch TV, or play snooker. The rooms were extremely spacious, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay.

HUGE room with clean sheets, bathroom, and bed. The property had a unique layout compared to other hotels I’ve seen—large open areas with separate buildings for accommodation, snooker tables, gym, pool facilities, and more, which I found interesting. Reasonably priced dinner, which was also delicious. Great value for money overall.

The location is a bit far from other places. You’ll either need a car or arrange transportation with the hotel, as you’ll likely need a taxi to get anywhere.

The hotel is situated quite far away from the city center and any landmarks, but a taxi in Erevan is cheap enough to travel anywhere. The room was very large, clean, cozy and comfortable. We travelled with a cat and there were no questions about it (though with a little extra price). The breakfast was brought precisely at 9 o'clock in the morning and was large and delicious. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was on the edge of the city, the rooms were very big, the sheets were not changed, they were only tidied, the breakfast was a buffet, but it did not have much variety. The rooms were on the first floor, which was difficult for the elderly. The staff were not fluent in English.

Only stayed for 3-4 hours in hotel to get some sleep before an early flight so not sure I can describe the whole experience, but all in all this hotel seemed more like a mansion resort than a traditional building. It actually took me a while to figure out how to get there after randomly reserving a hotel on booking that would accept post midnight checkins. It's completely gated off and is on high elevation in la defense area away from city center. Drove up through some broken roads and wasn't sure i could even trust GPS but ultimately arrived at property where security guard directed us to administration checkin desk. Rooms were HUGEE. Plenty space for us three and then some. Had toiletries, heat/cooling, great wifi, and seemed to be extremely vacant end of April, (offseason?) 25mins or so to airport by car.

Night receptionist Ashot who welcomed us at 2 o'clock at night was very helpful and caring- he arranged a meal for us to be delivered to the room and ordered an early breakfast for the next morning as we stayed just a few hours between the flights. In the morning he ordered a taxi to the airport for us which was much cheaper than the one we took from the airport the previous night. The room was huge, furniture very good, bed linen very clean. Bathroom was big and very clean. Also all amenities were there- toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, comb, shower gel and shampoo. Room had bathrobes, slippers, kettle and fridge.

Location is in a industrial area so you cant walk around the area but you can order online if you need food. Its a 20 min drive to airport too.
