This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, I like everything, I have recommended this hotel to other travelers.

Everything is fine

I always stay here when I fly via Yerevan. Everything is very homey, always excellent hot water pressure and delicious coffee))) It is very nice that there is a transfer from the airport and an inexpensive transfer to the airport. I love staying in rooms in the garden and listening to the birds singing. And the price - it is wonderful!

It was my second time staying in Kesabella. Easy and detailed communication with the host before arrival. The host is very friendly and efficient. My room was clean with compforrable bed. There is afridge, A/C conditioner, electric radiator, TV with local and channels in Russian and WiFi in the room. I had an early flight and 4am transfer was arranged with driver coming to my room to help with the luggage. I am very happy with service. Thank you, Kesabella!

We had connecting flight on a next day. We arrived in Yerevan after midnight and looked for a place near airport to have some rest. Kesabella was the best place for that purpose. One way airport pick up was included in a price. Also hotel manager Garu gave us water and it was so kind of him. We didn't have a lot of expectations, because it was only for sleep and rest. Breakfast was nice and view to Ararat mountain from the window was spectacular.

It would be great if hotel would offer payment by certain hours of stay because people stay there only because of its closeness to airport and we had to prolong our stay and pay for the next half day. Rates could be more flexible according to guest's needs.

The guest house is located a few minutes from Zvartnots Airport. The hosts are very friendly, we were met at the airport and transferred to the guest house. Very nice place, delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. We also got a transfer back to the airport at the right time by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Five minutes from the guest house there is a dining room where you can eat until 1 a.m. Unfortunately, we only spent the night and left for the airport the next morning, but we were satisfied with our stay at Kesabella Touristic House.

Nearby airport which make our life easier as we had our baby with us. Is what you need if you have connection flight like us… one of the pluses is when they gave us the room unfortunately the shower wasn’t working we let them know and immediately they change us room. We really appreciate it and very satisfied for that. Breakfast was decent , Wi-Fi it was ok , Overall we stay 1 night and we really enjoy it :)

For the amount of money that we gave it was more than ok

I liked everything. You simply text them when you arrive at the airport and in 5 minutes the driver arrives, in 5 minutes you are at the hotel. My room was very comfortable, i had both air conditioning and a fridge, which I used. The landlord is very kind, he gave me a bottle of water without me asking and led me to my room. The breakfast was good. The driver took me back to the airport the next day.

I have never experienced such an attentive and considerate care of all our needs. Starting from picking us up at the airport, arranging a good breakfast beyond regular hours and a room two hours before checkin time, and finally treating us with homegrown apricots. Next time, I will definitely stay at this hospitable hotel. - highly recommended.

Great place near the airport with the best stuff ever! Also there's a free transfer from the airport to the guest house. Good breakfast, bus stop near the place. We stayed here twice before our flights. Very pleasant and caring owner. Our second flight was early in the morning before the breakfast but the owner gave us small breakfast to go. Highly recommend!
