I recently stayed at this charming four-guest hotel in a quiet, secluded area of Yerevan, and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being a short drive away from the main attractions. The rooms were small but incredibly clean and well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the cleanliness truly stood out. Despite the compact size, the cozy design made it feel warm and inviting. The staff was exceptional – always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. They really made me feel welcome and ensured I had a pleasant stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful and intimate retreat in Yerevan with excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a hidden gem, and I would gladly stay here again!

The staff was friendly and gave us a great room! The hotel was very clean. The room itself had toothbrushes and paste along with slippers for each one of us. That was a great surprise. The location is great. We were able to use the Metro to get to the center of Yerevan. There was free parking outside of the hotel which was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure and hot hot water. We had the breakfast buffet also. The breakfast more than met our expectations!

I can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel.

Nice and new hotel in a bit of the remote area of Yerevan, but easy accessible by metro and taxi. The staff was nice, rooms were clean, in general I had a good impression about the property.

There was no breakfast in the hotel, and in the area around the hotel it's also hard to find c decent breakfast, so in the morning you have to go to the city centre.

Perfect place! I stay here every time I need to short-stay in Yerevan. Clean, quiet and cozy. They always accommodate you, you can arrange an early check-in. Last time they even served us breakfast early because we were leaving early in the morning. An ideal place to rest between flights! Thank you!

I liked the fact that the hotel is new. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Please add an extra floor towel! It is very uncomfortable to stand on the floor with wet feet when leaving the shower - it's not safe! I put a hand towel on the floor and the next day they took one away from me. It is not close to the center, you have to take a taxi or walk 15 minutes to the subway.

The hotel is very modern and well equipped and stuff is very welcoming! Very comfortable work zone in the restaurant and allows you to save some money with coworking rent

The location is not so good but it’s still 5 mins range from subway station

The room. Very clean and neat.. this country really does appreciate any age to work . Very passionate!. The view from our room was directly facing mount ararat. Its really breathtaking view! The hotel is walking distance to metro station nzhde square station and shengavit, perhaps 5-10mnt walk.

The room is bit smaller but equipments are up to 4* hotel

Rooms are kind of small and there are no any restaurants around, but location is not so far from the center so it’s not a big problem.

Thr 1 bed room apartment was really good. The studio room was so small, and th3 furniture unpractical, 2 desks ! The outdoor terrace is very good. To wind down after a long day

No bar or a proper lounge at the hotel. Or missing proper code where you can sit quietly and work. The room doors are in terrible quality. First you can heat the entire noise from the corridor! And even thr corridor light can penetetrate in the room ! This is a first for me, never saw anything like that at all.
