I recently stayed at this charming four-guest hotel in a quiet, secluded area of Yerevan, and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being a short drive away from the main attractions. The rooms were small but incredibly clean and well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the cleanliness truly stood out. Despite the compact size, the cozy design made it feel warm and inviting. The staff was exceptional – always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. They really made me feel welcome and ensured I had a pleasant stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful and intimate retreat in Yerevan with excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a hidden gem, and I would gladly stay here again!

The staff was friendly and gave us a great room! The hotel was very clean. The room itself had toothbrushes and paste along with slippers for each one of us. That was a great surprise. The location is great. We were able to use the Metro to get to the center of Yerevan. There was free parking outside of the hotel which was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure and hot hot water. We had the breakfast buffet also. The breakfast more than met our expectations!

I can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel.

Amazing Stay at 4Guest Hotel Yerevan! I’ve stayed at 4Guest Hotel in Yerevan twice, and both times were excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan — it’s a great choice for a relaxing and safe stay!

Neat and clean rooms, well laid out and all facilities within the room provided. Ironing board and iron box available. Bed was comfortable and even the Sofa bed was good.

Bath area was too small. Breakfast bit expensive. Wifi was only having the 2.4Ghz network.

The room is very spacious, booked 3 hours before arriving. The room was ready, clean and AC ON. Check-in was smooth and easy, front desk staff spoke english.

Location is not on main street, we struggled to find a restaurant. Coffee was not provided.

Perfect place! I stay here every time I need to short-stay in Yerevan. Clean, quiet and cozy. They always accommodate you, you can arrange an early check-in. Last time they even served us breakfast early because we were leaving early in the morning. An ideal place to rest between flights! Thank you!

Nice and new hotel in a bit of the remote area of Yerevan, but easy accessible by metro and taxi. The staff was nice, rooms were clean, in general I had a good impression about the property.

There was no breakfast in the hotel, and in the area around the hotel it's also hard to find c decent breakfast, so in the morning you have to go to the city centre.

I liked the fact that the hotel is new. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Please add an extra floor towel! It is very uncomfortable to stand on the floor with wet feet when leaving the shower - it's not safe! I put a hand towel on the floor and the next day they took one away from me. It is not close to the center, you have to take a taxi or walk 15 minutes to the subway.
