We ve organised shuttle service from and to the airport. It was absolutely amazing in the sense of time accuracy, comfortable car, and professional driver . Our plane from Larnaca was delayed, so the hotel was checking on the arrival schedule, and when we landed in Yerevan 2, 5 hours later than planned , the driver with the name of the hotel was there waiting for us. And it was midnight! We are very thankful for it! 🙏 The breakfast was delicious. Only have in mind being there at 9:00 the best . Good location.5 min walk to a bus station: almost all the buses go to the centre( 10-15 min , depending on traffic).All the stuff in the hotel is very friendly ,attentive, and helpful. Good value for money! Highly recommend!

Hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful,. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The new café in the hotel is a great addition — it’s stylish, modern, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. The location is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions and transport. As someone from China, I truly appreciated how smooth everything was — from communication to service. Even when there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, the hotel’s tech system quickly addressed my questions.

This family-run hotel offers excellent combination of quiet neighborhood at the riverside, 24h grocery, restaurant and cafeteria within 10 min walk. Hotel management and staff are very friendly and hospitable. Good bedding, nice interiors with lots of greenery, breakfast served in the room.

They allow smoking inside, the smell easily spreads through the room doors. WiFi performance could be improved. Mind that Superior Double Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors are different: mine was on 3rd, with a small roof window and definitely less than advertised 28 sq. m.

The location is perfect, there is a small 24/7 market and pharmacy nearby, the city centre is also not far away and easy to walk to. The rooms are nice and clean and they are equipped with a pretty cool and modern system for requests such as cleaning / DND / doorbell. I will definitely recommend the property to all my friends and colleagues next time.

My family stayed at the property twice and the first time it was cancelled. It turned out that the "no prepayment required" info box wasn't very informative, the money is charged 1-2 hours before check-in, so please be aware of that. The second time, 2 out of 3 rooms weren't ready for check-in, even though we arrived 2 hours later than the standard check-in time and we had contacted the property beforehand.

Great location, not far not close to the center the bus station is literally 5 minutes away as well it’s only a 20 minute walk to the center. The outdoor area was awesome loved the atmosphere, great staff. Very helpful receptionist and staff , lovely and great first impression of hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable plus the beds and pillows were so comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. As I wanted to extend my trip the owners were very generous and kind to actually offer us the deluxe room I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future very thankful :)
