Marnar Hotel: A Home Away from Home in Yerevan Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at Marnar Hotel, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel's prime location, just a 20-minute walk from the city center and a convenient 10-minute walk from the US Embassy, made it the perfect base for exploring Yerevan. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The entire team, especially Mrs. Hasmik, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The pristine condition of the hotel's towels and sheets meant we didn't even touch our personal ones. We particularly enjoyed the cozy little garden, which provided a tranquil setting for relaxing evenings. The daily breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious variety of fresh, local ingredients and foods. The breakfast staff were incredibly accommodating, and we were especially grateful for the daily special order of cold milk for our daughter. One particularly thoughtful gesture was when we had to leave hotel early; the hotel had thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us the night before. Additionally, when I realized I had forgotten my hair dryer, Mrs. Hasmik kindly lent me hers. This attention to detail truly demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. The hotel's central location made it easy to access everything we needed. A 24-hour supermarket, a bakery, and a bus stop were all within a short walking distance. We highly recommend Marnar Hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location made our stay truly memorable."

Our two-day stay at this hotel was truly excellent. First of all, the hotel owner was extremely hospitable and kind, and the staff members were incredibly respectful. The room we stayed in was very clean, and the hotel's blankets, pillows, and amenities were so clean that we didn't even need to take out our own travel blankets from our suitcases. The bathroom and toilet were also clean, and the hot water for the shower was great. One of the best features of this hotel was its delicious breakfasts, which were served buffet-style from 9 am to 11:30 am every day. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. Additionally, the internet was available on all floors and also in the hotel's courtyard, which was a great place to spend the afternoons. There was a TV in the room, and I didn't miss any matches of my favorite football team during this trip. The hotel's close proximity to the U.S. Embassy (a 15-minute walk) and the city center (a 20-minute walk) meant that I didn't need to take a taxi during my stay in Yerevan, saving me money as well.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Staying here will make you feel like at home. The cozy room is clean and makes me stay comfortable all the time. Breakfast is well prepared.

The bathroom, there is no divider between the toilet and bath. It's inconvenient for the people to take a shower inside. It's makes the toilet always wet when the people take a shower.

Honestly speaking it was one of the best stays while traveling with my mother, who wanted to visit Armenia and Georgia in one shot. The hosts are super friendly people and have a lovely hospitality. It was a great stay in March 2025, 7 min bus/mini bus to the heart of the city, place is just 2 minutes walk from the Central Bus station which allows you to wake up and take a bus to any other city. Nice breakfasts, all people who work here are very kind and had a natural smile to you. My mother was not feeling quite well in the 1st day - and they helped us to get the necessary pills and made all what was possible to help us - so they did it like for the family members and not just for another regular guests! I am sure we would visit Armenia next time, as we haven't been to quite a lot of places like Sevan, Giymri ect.. we had all these in the list but the weather made some corrections. I happened to have the breakfast on my first day, it was great, lots of selections, it’s worth the money. The owner “Hasmik” was very nice to me, she gave me packed breakfast in advance to bring it to my tours. The location was a walking distance to the central bus station

There was no closet. The breakfast time was too late at 9 am, if you happen to have tours scheduled then you’ll missed your breakfast meal. Few Armenians speaks English especially the older gen.

Clean room with nice bathroom, fair price. Fast WiFi, there is a fridge and a hair dryer (It was very useful, you can dry for example your shoes after rain). Solid breakfest. There is an air conditioning. So everything you need :)

Breakfest should be earlier, it starts at 9:00, while the tourist tours across Armenia starts the same time. So I had breakfest only 1 morning out of 4 days. And the bed was not that comfortable.

* Clean and cosy room with all the appliances (notably, the fridge, a fan AND an air conditioner, a kettle, and even a pair of disposable sleepers😊) * Within a 30-minute walk from the Republic square and just a block away from the Kilikia bus terminal * Friendly staff * Not noisy at night, though not far from the road

* A couple of times, the WiFi would freeze, but was soon fixed by a manager * If you prefer a picturesque view onto the historical centre of the city from your window, instead of visiting one yourself (not my case, though), you should consider something else

Calm and friendly atmosphere, kind and helpful owners, comfortable and clean rooms with AC, good location (close to central bus station & city bus stops), nice garden in the yard and finally DELICIOUS breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

Everything was great and I am very grateful to grandmother, Anoush and Suzy who are very kind and hospitable. The pleasant atmosphere of the hotel yard with beautiful trees and the sound of birds is great for relaxing. There was a refrigerator, electric kettle and dishes in the room. The water in the bathroom was always hot. The towels and sheets were very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine and snacks inside the hotel. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant and bus station can be reached with a 3-minute walk. Access to Republic Square and Dalma Mall is possible with a twenty-minute walk
