The most beautiful hotel in Yerevan. The attention to cleanliness and the food are excellent. Internet work 24 huors. Relaxing room .so spichl. Really it's amazing hotel..you feels as you exactly at home. Close to the center. . I advise everyone to come here.

We had two rooms booked, both were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. However, one of the rooms didn´t have a closet and the AC in one of the rooms was broken with a hole in it and didn´t work at all, so my friends had to sleep with window opened, which was quite noisy because of the street. However, our room was perfect and the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

The brekfast was not good at all, it would be better to have breakfast in the city- coffee was just a brown water, the lady serving breakfast was rude, didn´t care about refilling drinks or bringing clean glassess where there were none. There is no choice whatsoever. You will get a plate of sour salad, two eggs, 1 cold sausage and bread. As I do not eat eggs, I politely asked if it´s possible to have anything else instead and I was simply told ,,no´´. There was a small plate with cheese, cucumber and yoghurt on display, which didn´t seem to be very fresh...huge disappointment.

First, the hotel was incredibly clean. Cleaning took place daily and did a great job, I was very happy with the standard of this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well, allowing me to check in earlier than planned as there was a room available. Very useful when my flight landed at 4am. The wifi in my room was very fast, enough for good quality streaming. Facilities are stated clearly on here, and everything promised was provided. I see a lot of people with issues about the location, but it is absolutely fine. It's maybe a 20ish minute walk to the city centre. The hotel is out of the way enough to ensure a good night's sleep, undisturbed by traffic or anything that might happen if it was closer to the centre. For 3 of my 5 days there, I walked back to the hotel from the city alone after dark. The area may look different to western standards and might be a shock at first, but it is extremely safe. If I return to Yerevan, this hotel will be the first place I look at for my stay.

I like the host particularly well. Sussana was a darling and assisted my requests accordingly. She was also a savior since she really helped me with booking taxis where at that time I had no way to get my own. I also like the ambiance of the place since they have decorated it accordingly to the season.

I understand that the some of the items in the menu were seasonal, however, I would appreciate it if the menu was adjusted according to what is available in season. This ensures that the guest will be able to order what they like and prefer.

The best hotel in Yerevan. This was my second visit to the Grand Fortune hotel. I am delighted with this hotel.There is always cleanliness in the whole area,bright and comfortable rooms, a very beautiful yard,where you can enjoy your morning coffee or delicious food prepared by the chef.I recommend you all to go to Grand Fortune hotel and you will fall in love with that hotel,always smiling at you and very kind to both the employees and the managment.The hotel located in the city center 10 minutes on foot ,you reach the square . Spacious and clean room, solid stable Wifi, was possible to check in after midnight, which was the main reason we booked this property. There were snacks (extra charge) in the fridge, and also a kettle, cups, and tea bags were provided. It was also possible to have breakfast on premises but we didn't take the opportunity.

The location is a bit far from the center, and the neighbourhood looks run-down, with no sidewalks, so you need to watch out for the cars. Police station is next door, so the area looks safe.

You need vehicle to access the hotel as its not easily accessible but not much of an issue as yandex go app is always available. Breakfast was served only after 8:30am, so it could hamper your travel plans a bit further, if its not a concern. Also rent was debited from my account before Check in, though it was mentioned that pay at property was available. ( Please do inform in advance to the customer ). Otherwise totally satisfied.

The location of this hotel is a little unusual. Although the hotel itself is very modern and exceptionally well-kept the area in which it finds itself is a little run-down, because long-running repairs to a historic bridge on a through road have resulted in its closure for some years and mean that this area is less accessible than it could be. When the bridge is reopened the hotel will be more accessible. For me this unusual location and being able to learn about the historic bridge were positive features. The breakfast was very good, fresh and freshly cooked and ample and included in our booking.com price. The cleanliness was very good and the place was spotless. There was parking in the hotel courtyard. the staff were helpful. Some of them spoke good English and those that didn't were good at making themselves understood.

There were no bedside lamps and hanging space in our room. There was a nice balcony for common use on the floor we were on but there were no chairs or tables there.
