During my stay at Grace Forum Hotel in Armenia, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Ms. Ella, the manager. She personally assisted with various aspects of my stay, ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. One of the highlights of my experience was the complementary Spa and Turkish Bath facilities offered by the hotel. After a long day of exploring the city, indulging in these amenities was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Additionally, the complementary city tour provided by the hotel was a fantastic way to get acquainted with the local area and its attractions. The tour was well-organized and informative, allowing me to explore Armenia with ease. Overall, my stay at Grace Forum Hotel was delightful, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Ms. Ella and the wonderful complementary offerings such as the Spa/Turkish Bath and city tour. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia.

Everything was perfect, since check-in to check-out. Warm welcome from the host Arthur, that provided 1 hour free hammam and swimming pool experience- was the highlight of the day! Definitely will be back again, cause it’s one of the best places of the Yerevan!

Excellent hotel about 20 min walk from Republic square. Ella was able to help with anything we needed The complimentary tour to the Holocaust memorial was very interesting

Staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, once you got to know them: there's always two sides to any equation (or: show respect if you wish to earn it). There's 2 saunas: a dry one with a cold pool, and a steam one with a warm pool with jacuzzi. Both VERY nice - make sure to book them at reception, always for 1 hour. My bedroom was excellent. Hotel has some limited food options that I used twice in the bar area: quite good food and nice wine.

Breakfast is ok, not more than that: enough options, just could do with a bit more love and care ("hot" options get cold quickly, the nice fish can't be found anymore soon after opening of brekky, the coffee is very average and again lukewarm). If you don't like noise, ask the hotel when you book to give you a room not on the side of the dancing/bar or whatever it is - pretty noisy, though after midnight it soon gets quiet again. Didn't bother me much, but I'm pretty sure some would not enjoy this.

We experienced a fabulous, memorable time. Rooms were super clean, had generous breakfasts, were educated and kind, and the crews were cherished. On top of all that, Ella's speaking Farsi made our stay feel like home. I will give your hotel 110 out of 100 points. I will also recommend your hotel on Iranian social media. Your staff deserves double thumps up.

Nice Hotel in a great location in a walking distance to the city centre (republic Sq, Cascade and etc). Staff were very helpful and considerate, especially Ella and Artur at the reception. They also offered me a late checkout which was wonderful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and big. Location was very good, easy access with taxis. The hotel arranged for us mini bus to take us on tour along with guide that spoke English. Sauna and pool facilities were also very good! Highly recommend it!!

The only thing i can say that there is room for improvement was the breakfast. It was actually average and not a lot of options. This is something that needs to be improved

The people working in the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. The location is very good and close to both the city center and the airport. The spa is very good! The food is tasty!

The room itself was very good, however few things were not clean (the lamps, hair drier, toilet bin etc)
