it's a great hotel. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly, especially Ani- she's the best receptionist I've met in Armenia. Really good hotel, not in the centre but the subway is close. I recommend it 100%

Wonderfull staff , Kind hearted , caring and humble. Literally all of them. Aram,Elmira,Vahag,Ani,Alexy. Very lovely. They are professional, They literally do whatever they can to help you feel comfortable not only at the hotel but about the whole vacation. From my opinion they are the great point of advantage for the hotel, Everything else is fixable with a change in the amount of money you spend, you can't do anything with people's spirits though. Also the breakfast was good. Balcony was great, room felt peaceful and You could notice quality in details .

Really poor breakfast, worst ive ever seen. There was a weird smell in the bathroom. No conditioner which i really found weird. Also the AC would make a really weird noise. Also u can hear the street noise. Also they say they have free parking but its really public parking which they cant guarantee so its kind of misleading and an inconvenience

new hotel near the central train station. staff were very friendly, especially the young lady receptionist, rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. coffee, tea and kettle in the room was a bonus. walking distance to metro, if you are not looking for a hotel in the historical center and you are fine with 10 mins walk to the metro station. you should seriously consider this hotel.

the only thing worth mentioning is that fact that some of the rooms face the main street and the windows are not well isolated, so ask them for rooms facing the back side if you are a light sleeper.

Absolutely loved my stay. From the impeccable service to the stunning room decor, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

A special thank you to Ms. Diana and two other colleagues whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch—a lady working the morning shift and a gentleman working the night shift. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Diana, with her joyful smile and cheerful conversations, made us feel genuinely happy and as though we had known her for a long time. This created an immediate sense of comfort and welcome, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The lady working the morning shift showed remarkable kindness and care. When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very clean, and I was surprised by the quality, especially for the price. Having lived in Yerevan for two years, I didn't expect such high standards. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its cleanliness and facilities. Everything a guest needs was provided in the room. I also want to give a special thank you to Anni, the receptionist, who was very helpful. During our stay, my father became unwell and had to rest at the hotel. One day, we called him while we were out, but he didn’t answer. I called Anni and asked her to check on him. She went to his room, but he still didn’t respond, which made us very worried. I asked her to enter the room, and she, along with another staff member, opened the door and found him sleeping. At my request, they woke him up, and thankfully, he was fine. I truly appreciate Anni’s calmness, help, and professionalism during this situation. Overall, this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Yerevan, and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Nice clean, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from the train station, and the metro to get you to the center. The room was excellent, big comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and good internet. The staff were exceptional! They were friendly and willing to help or answer your questions. I arrived very early in the morning and they were able to check me in. Thank You! The morning Buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This hotel is far from the center but easy to get to by public transportation. If you are arriving or departing by train, this hotel is the best choice!
