Staff were very attentive and went above and beyond. Food in the hotel was beautiful, we tried a lot of different options for lunch and dinner. Rooms very clean and cleaner was in daily. All staff spoke very good English. Outdoor pool is lovely and drink/food service to the pool. Location was great,supermarket right across from the hotel and 15 minute walk to centre. Taxis very quick and reception would order for us. Rooftop for breakfast and restaurant beautiful and amazing views. Reception also helped us order food delivery when we arrived so late. On check out they had a breakfast box ready for us as we missed breakfast that morning. Very reasonable price for the hotel stay, drink and food also. Special mention to Emma at reception, always chatty and asking how our day was. Anything needed to be dropped to the room was brought up in minutes. Air-conditioning very good in the room. A group of us stayed from Ireland and everyone agreed how great the service was and how beautiful the hotel is.

The staff was amazing! The room spacious, Breakfast tasty and diverse. Beds are very comfortable. Great pool and the lobby is cosy.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Konyak Hotel. The interior design was stylish and the room was quite spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed that the room did not have a bathtub, as some of the hotel's photos had shown. I had brought bath salts specifically for a relaxing birthday bath, so this was a letdown. Despite the missing amenity, the staff truly made my stay special. Upon returning to my room, I was surprised with a delicious birthday cake! This unexpected gesture really made my day and showed that the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I would recommend Konyak Hotel to others, especially those looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. Just be aware that bathtubs may not be available in all rooms. Thanks to Irina and the rest of the team for making my birthday stay so memorable!

We had a comfortable stay at Konyak. The beds were very nice, breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean and they have a nice pool area. Would recommend.

When we arrived we were given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. Not an appropriate mistake for a hotel like this but it can happen. We had to wait for 45 min for them to clean the room. It would be nice if we were offered a drink or something while we waited. Service was in general a bit lacking. We found the staff at the breakfast quite rude.

Great place to experience Erevan and Armenia. We came for few days to Erevan and after planned to move to Dilijan. But hotel was so comfortable that we decided to stay for the whole week. Big rooms with every day cleaning and changing towels. Open swimming pool with patio gave us a feeling that we are at the resort. Very nice breakfast at the open terrace with the view and great hospitality from all the team. Specially we’d like to thank Jenya!

Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast with a beautiful view. In summer, we enjoyed the opportunity to use the pool. The rooms are unusually spacious.

Everything was good, except for the cleanliness of the room. It could be slightly improved. The distance to the city center is quite long, but we had taken that into account.

Great hotel! The staff is exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We also received a free upgrade to a luxe room and spent a perfect time.

Very comfortable hotel, with updated, modern decor. The views from the restaurant balcony on the 8th floor are amazing. It was a happy anticipation every morning to go up for breakfast (also very tasty and plentiful) and enjoy the views of Ararat and other mountains around the city. There is also a lovely pool on the ground floor and it was great to sit next to it, catching rays of spring sunshine.

It may seem initially that its location is not the best, being next to a large market, with not many restaurants around. But then we found a shorter and more pleasant walk to the St Gregory cathedral, with many food options and shops nearby, also a ring of green parks circling the centre of Yerevan.

Cleanliness, the room is warm in winter. Big Tv. Very polite stuff.
