The hotel is very nice, the bed very comfortable, the staff is very attentive and service oriented. The breakfast buffet was good. It is very well located, just like 10 minutes walk to the city centre. It has everything you need for a good stay in Yerevan If your plan is to walk around or go out of the city. They even have some discounts with some of the local good travel agencies, so ask them for help for this. They even have some flip flops, toothbrushes and other toiletries

However, there are some small things that I know they are working on to make it even better. We went in winter so the room was too hot, but well, just open the window. The bathroom is a bit smelly but as soon as you turn on the light the smell disappears thanks to the ventilation. So, yes, you need to do some small things but in general, very good

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very clean and comfortable room. Great location, neither too close nor too far from the city centre - offering an opportunity to enjoy a more relaxing staying experience whilst simultaneously being located in sufficient proximity from principal landmarks. Given that public transportation in Yerevan remains to be improved, reception personnel is more than happy to assist with arranging affordable and trusty pickup to any destination. All in all, it is certainly a great overall value spot, ideal for solo travellers visiting the city for a weekend, and/or couples alike.

The hotel staff was friendly, and they were available at all times. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel was in a great location. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center and 5-8 minutes to drive, which was convenient for us. There is also a metro station near the hotel.

The room did not have a balcony, which is extremely uncomfortable for smokers, including IQOS users. You can smoke in the bar from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m., but otherwise you must smoke outside on the street, which is very uncomfortable.

Very attentive and kind staff. A huge advantage is that the hotel works 24/7, and you can check in anytime if you have a night flight. Comfortable beds, clean, all the shower amenities. There is a safe in the room. It is a good, quite central location; you can reach city attractions such as Republic Square easily on foot. Nice breakfast, a bar downstairs. You can order excursions at the hotel as well. If you stay on the upper floor, you can see Ararat through your window on a clear day. I would definitely stay there again.

The table and a chair in the room would be a plus. However, I am unsure where to put them in, because there is not much space in a single room.

I had taken a Family room which was similar to a pent house, it was very good, with a big hall, two bed room , a large kitchen and closets for storage. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was perfect. The location is very close to republic square and Russia Mall. I would suggest tourist to get the tour package from hotel itself which is cheaper compared to outside country service providers. Overall 100% value for Money .

Washroom is bit old and could be refurbished. including the tiles.

The room was small for us, there was no possibility to turn on the air conditioner to cool the room as we wanted, there was no shower, the bathroom was not comfortable. The refrigerator was full of hotel equipment so we could not put our own equipment. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were nice and helped us with booking taxis and cleaned the room every day and changed towels. The location was good.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering great variety with slight daily changes that kept it fresh and interesting. A special thanks to the friendly lady at the buffet for her warm hospitality. The heating was perfect for winter, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the bed could have been more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

- Location nearby bus stop and walking distance from metro station. National Market is also nearby - Breakfast was excellent. Lady working at the breakfast room was so nice - Good value for money - Hotel staff members are helpful in general. - Bar open till midnight I was able to enjoy Armenian Cognac at the end of the day,

- Cleanness in the bath room may needs improvement, such as shower curtain. - If breakfast starts earlier, that should have been perfect (starts at 8:30).

Good location. Armenian market is very close to the hotel, you must visit it. You can pay using card in there but make sure to ask for the price from different sellers. Clean. Good breakfast. Perfect bidet available with hot/cold water mixer so you don't have to use toilet paper. Good WiFi.

Carpeted floor naturally won't ever be easy to sanitize like ceramic/porcelain/parquet floors. You should get rid of carpeted floors. Need to add more lights in the ceiling and not just a single light. Bathtub should be removed in my opinion, it's just not hygienic and has no place in a hotel room used by lots of people.

The hotel was absolutely clean with a friendly staff and located in an excellent place. 24-hour SAS store is located very close to the hotel, you can buy anything you want and even change money at any time. My room was great, it was the first time ever I have seen a safe box with double security key. The hotel is very quiet, a very nice lobby. There is a bar in the hotel, but I didn't have time to visit. GYM is still not active, but they told me it will be very soon. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast quality could be better both in terms of different things and food quality. The rest was great in this nice place.
