New and clean building. The water flow was strong and there was a bidet in the bathroom. There are all services, including a bakery, a supermarket, and everything you need across the road.

Excellent service, front desk staff always available (all hours of the day, 24/24 front desk service). Excellent value for money, the room was in perfect condition; free and very fast Wi-Fi connection. I noticed that there is also a laundry service, unfortunately not used during my short stay. A swimming pool and a small sauna is included in the price; they were very clean and well organized. The centre is easily reached by a 15 minute walk in a very quiet neighbourhood.

This is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion. During the night we noticed the refrigerator-bar present in the room a bit noisy.

Perfect restoran service, kindly and friendly staff

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted with a great vibe, and the lobby had a pleasant fragrance. The location is good as well (near the supermarket, restaurants and park). The room is very spacious, but what stood out the most was how accommodating the staffs were. Kudos to the whole team!

Breakfast – It's not that I don't like it, but I think it could be improved. The room was neat; however, when we arrived, there were hairs on the bathroom floor. We also borrowed a flat iron, but we hesitated to use it because it had burnt residue. Although the staff assured us it wouldn't cause any problems, we decided not to use it just to be safe.

The breakfast was super. Not so spicy Good Service with enough items

The hospitality and the helping mentality of the staff is really exceptional. The receptionist Mary and Haykanush, did wonderful job. They arranged a tour plan which was really helped us. A big salute for them. The bellboy Arthur helped us with his charming smile, all the translations and provided good spots in the city. They are really helpful and hardworking. The main thing to appreciate is the ladies who are cleaning the premises are super.

It was my 1st time in this hotel. It's a nice new hotel with a good service, comfortable bed, a very good breakfast with a variety of things, polite and friendly staff. It has a free finish sauna with a cold swimming pool. Everything is not big but more than enough to relax. 3-5 minutes walk you'll find a park, turning left and a bit down the street I found a very tasty local cousin restaurant with good prices. And other one was under construction. The bathroom was big, modern and nice. I would certainly come back there.

I expected the superior room a bit bigger.

The staff was very friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. The room is spacious and warm. The breakfast is tasty. The pool is clean and nice Special thanks to the hotel for the birthday compliment! 😊

Soundproofing could be better. Could hear the traffic at night even if the windows were closed. At first night some people were walking back and forth in the hall and speaking loudly at 2am. There's no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom

The hotel was in a prime location (shop nearby, and all the tourist attractions near/in the square are walking distance), the price is very very reasonable and the facilities are great. Staff are friendly and even the hotel prices are very reasonable.

The bedroom was small (albeit the bathroom was big). Also, the staff's English level was good but not great (of course it varied but this depended on the staff member). Definitely think having a Russian speaker in the group is helpful.

Location was very convenient . Everything was close by and also close to the city. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. One night I locked myself outside my room by mistake and one of the colleague did not hesitate to come with me and helped me open my door even though I assume he was leaving after his shift. Lovely people. Also assisted me with locations . Housekeeping ladies always offered to clean the room and always provided fresh amenities. Overall it was a good stay. 😊

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but may be if we could have more English option menus .

I did not have breakfast ( I never eat before 2:00 pm) but there is a very good choice in the hotel restaurant at lunchtime and dinnertime, reasonably priced and nicely served. They serve both, salads and more substantial dishes. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well insulated. There is a kettle in the room which is important if one wants to work. Internet connection was excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. I will stay there again if I travel to Yerevan because the location is very convenient for my work.

The pool water was too cold, at least for me.
