The hotel is modern, the facilities were great (indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym), the room smelled really nice, the bathroom amenities (shampoo and conditioner) were good quality, the breakfast options were amazing, the location is also good as it's near the Vernissage and the underground pathway plus there's a park just across. Great stay!

We were expecting to pay using our card but it was declined couple of times even if it was working in all other areas in Yerevan. It might've been a machine issue but since they have an ATM in the hotel, it was convenient to withdraw money but still would've preferred a card payment.

Breakfast was heavy on the sweets. Would have preferred more fresh fruit, particularly since much is in season in June. Better 'fresh' yougurt.

The spa has too much chlorine. The dining area outside has far too many smokers. If you want fresh air during warmer months you're stuck with heavy smokers all around you on the terrace. ugh

Very good hotel with excellent spa and gym facilities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and even a hair salon. The staff were friendly, and a special thanks to the porter who was extremely helpful, though I didn’t catch his name. Great location near the city centre, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast had plenty of options and was overall satisfying. Would gladly stay again and recommend to others.

The only downside was housekeeping, which was not always up to standard. Cleaning was often delayed, sometimes not done until after 4pm, with staff seen sitting in rooms and chatting on the phone.

I absolutely loved my stay at Messier 53 Hotel in Yerevan! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the capital, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers private parking which is a huge plus, especially in a busy city like Yerevan. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the panoramic views from the windows were simply breathtaking. One detail that really stood out — and will definitely be appreciated by many Arab travelers — is the availability of a bidet (shattaf) in the bathroom, which is often hard to find but extremely important for many guests. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Very good location too that you can easily walk around to other tourists spots. The breakfast is really amazing, we are excited everyday to dine. No problem with the parking area even you come late at night.

This hotel didn’t initially come up in searches, and then seemed surprisingly cheap for the advertised facilities in comparison to others in town, so we were a bit suspicious prior to arrival but booked anyway as we couldn’t find anywhere else with two double beds in a decent-looking room. We needn’t have worried - the hotel was excellent and we’d certainly stay again if ever in Yerevan. Clean & tidy after recent refurb., and presumably just getting back into online algorithms. My travel companion had a birthday whilst we were there and the hotel facilitated flowers, champagne and chocolates. Reception is open all hours (handy for those middle of the night flight arrival and departures) with English speaking staff. Breakfast ‘does the job’ - range of hot & cold, savoury & sweet. The fitness suite facilities are entirely adequate for a hotel stay (but if you actually like to swim be aware that the pool is more appropriate for floating in one spot). There are busy roads around, and the route to Republic Square includes underpasses, but that seems true on most of Yerevan. We enjoyed the walk through the open air market. Overall, a great stay.

We could hear when the tv was on in the next door room, and had to learn the special technique to stop the flush running continuously into the loo, but these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise entirely satisfactory experience.

The sauna and jacuzzi were good.

The receptionists were the only unpleasant Armenians who we met during our four day stay in Armenia which was rather unfortunate.

Modern rooms, spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh all the time. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops and landmarks. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had an inconvenience with the air-conditioning but they made sure that all are needs were met. I requested for early check in cause our flight arrives at 9am and late check out cause we depart by 9pm and one day before our flight to Yerevan, manager Anahit called and confirmed that all my request will be accommodated.

The airconditioning has a set temperature depending on the season, it gets too warm at times. Manager and staff made sure that our stay is comfortable and let us choose and moved to the coolest room available.

Hotel location was ideal - right in between park - a stone's throw away from Vernissage and within walking distance from Republic Square, St. Gregory Cathedral and lots of eateries/popular joints. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening strolls around hotel vicinty. Enjoyed hotel facilities like pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was good too.

Nothing to dislike, however some suggestions/improvements are: 1. A (hand) towel ring next to wash area would be ideal 2. Did not find a room service menu, but assumed there wasn't one by hotel and forgot to ask at reception. 3. Faced a minor issue with hot water availability in the bathroom one night after 10pm (of 3 nights spent) No staff was on hand to resolve, though the bell boy was kind and accomodating.
