The staff were really helpful and mostly Vahe helped my family and I a lot as I reserved this hotel for my family and they don’t know English. Vahe knows Persian and thanks to him, my family spent a good time there.

The Comfort Hotel Yerevan was an exceptional experience. The staff were very attentive and professional. One of the key highlights of my stay was the ability to change rooms. On the first night, I wasn't satisfied with the initial room assigned to me and requested a room change. Without any delay or hassle, the hotel team promptly arranged for a room change and responded to my request with kindness and understanding. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle services to and from the hotel were very convenient, providing me with the assurance that I could visit local attractions without any additional concerns

I booked a room from this hotel for my parents. They really enjoyed their stay, it’s a clean hotel with nice breakfast. Their staff are very very friendly and helpful. Also their manager Vaheh is nice and professional. He knows English and Farsi which was a great help for my parents. Also they provided a free airport transport which Vaheh planned in advance with me that my parents could be able to get it. And it’s only 15-20 minutes walk from Republic Square. I strongly recommend this place.

Really good hotel with good sized room and ensuite. Modern looking with stone floors and well laid out floors. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

We stayed for two nights, and the hotel was very nice and clean. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Republic Square, which I found to be a convenient distance — close enough to the attractions but also calm and quiet, as it’s not located right in the heart of Tbilisi. The breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the hotel manager, Mr. Vahe who could also speak Persian. We asked him about minibuses from Yerevan to Tbilisi, and he kindly called the station and made a reservation for the two of us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed there 8 nights. Everything was perfect the room was neat and they cleaned it everyday. The room has electronic kettle that is so useful. It has hairdryer and towel. The breakfast was good. The rooms had private Ac that is so good. They have free airport transfer from airport for who stay there more than 3 nights that was so good. The location was perfect and near to Yerevan center. The staff were so kind especially the blonde woman and mereh and vahe. I recommend this hotel to who want have good stay with reasonable price in Yerevan.

Hello friends, I wanted to share my experience at the Comfort Hotel with you. I had booked this hotel from the United States for my mom, and it was necessary to give them cash. I was looking for a hotel that would be close to Square. According to my mother, the room was very clean, and there was a receptionist at the hotel who spoke Persian, which was very helpful for them in several instances. The hotel staff were very good, and overall, they were very satisfied. Since they were staying there for more than three days, they had a free transfer service. I messaged the number provided on their website via WhatsApp, gave them the flight details and the name, and they were there waiting for them. For the return, I asked them when the transfer would be available. They said the free transfer is only for one way, but they would make an exception for me and arrange a free taxi. I was happy. In short, I highly recommend this hotel to you. 😍

The staff (Reception and Driver, HK) is very nice and ready to help. Staff is really very big asset of this hotel! The transfer from the airport was perfectly organized! The location of the hotel is also very good, walking distance to the city centre and restaurants. In the room there were slippers, water, tea, coffee. Housekeeping was very attentive.

The room is comfortable and has everything needed but needs to be refreshed (walls painting). Elevator sometimes did not work.
