The hotel is nice, the staff is polite and courteous, special thanks to Eric and Svetlana! They helped with any questions and were always helpful. The room is clean and tidy, there are breakfasts that are either included in the price or can be ordered separately - satisfying and delicious. Cleaning every day. I recommend it for booking.

The hotel owner and staff are very friendly...they treat us like a family member The reception was 24/7 open The room was clean bed was good..... The best location and view from the hotel was amazing And there was 24/7 room service available

My stay was quiet good... Receptionist was very friendly the Chinese manager was very helpful.. Everything is near by the hotel restaurant Supermarket pharmacy.... It was a good location.. I am planing to come back at this hotel....👍

Breakfast was good. Location not bad, It was far from the main square, but near subway and using Internet taxi was cheep.

I stayed here for 7 nights and I love my room. It has a balcony where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. Clean, big spacious room. It is also close to the Metro. It's not right in the city centre. But the price is worth it. The walk to the Metro is enjoyable, too.
