The staff was friendly. The room was very spacious for three people. It had a sofa, TV, and electric boiler; all the toiletries were packaged and ready to use. We had a balcony with the view of the trees in front of us. The room had a good AC. The breakfast was ok (cheese, sausage, scrambled egg, bread and tea/coffee). The location is in a quiet place very close to the train station but not close to the attractions. I guess the location depends on what you want to do in Yerevan. When we looked at the map for eateries nearby, comments from the people suggested this is outside of the city. Nevertheless, with 1 metro stop, you are inside the city.

The internet was simply non-functional. The wifi was unstable and when I asked the staff they said they had a problem with the operator. I guess that can happen to anywhere. so we may just have been unlucky. What was really worrying was that there was only one way to the rooms on the second floor: elevator. We did not see any stairs and were wondering what happens if it stopped or there was an emergency.

Compared to other hotels I stayed in across the Caucasus this one had the biggest rooms and was the most comfortable. I stayed one night and then came back for a few nights. Rooms were really spacious. Good breakfast. Staff were OK with me leaving my bag before and after check-in/check-out. Close to train station so added bonus and close enough to walk to city centre but also buses just down the street that took you there. Sometimes language was a bit of a problem but the staff tried hard to speak English. The manager was polite, respectful and had pretty good English.

The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. She told us we can have breakfast whenever woke up. That was such a flexible time line. I was arriving with a lot od stress, lost my luggage and ended up here by accident but I am so glad everything turned out so. The plase is really comfortable clean and beautiful but most importantly it's the staff that makes you feel comfortable even if you are stressed due toa dozen of reasons while you travel. I am truly thankful to the amazing lady who made my stay really worth it.

The internet speed

Clean and spacious rooms, Toiletries provided Breakfast provided, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, cheese, cucumber and tomato with bread Well heated room during the cold season (extra portable heater was provided for us) Stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved the stay. Nice quite and peaceful area of the city. Kettle and fridge provided in the room so makes it very convenient. Location is 5 minutes to railway station and bus stop or 40 mins walk to main city center (Republic Square). Cost is 1000AMD by taxi to main city. Both staff Mark and Yegor were very friendly and helpful in any request. Lovely to have met them.

Good location close to central train station if you're coming from Tbilisi. Probably a 30 minute walk to city centre but we enjoyed it and passed the produce markets on the way. There is also a metro station nearby and that is only 2 stops from Republic Square. We got in at 6 am from Tbilisi by train and were allowed to drop our backpacks off at 9 am. Nice big room. Decent breakfast.

Staff were Russian and could not speak much English. Not a complaint - just letting people know. We managed so it was not a major problem. They tried their best to communicate and could use a phone translator. We asked if we could drop off our bags when we arrived and were told "yes", but the front door was locked until a guest left at 8:45 am, and then we could get in. So we spent two hours out the front in the cold. Appreciate them keeping our bags from then until check-in though.

We have been so well welcomed by Liana and all the other staff members. Liana is full of nice pieces of advice to help you better enjoy Erevan and Armenia. We deeply appreciated her dedication for our wellbeing at the hotel, and to ease our trips in the country. Thanks again a lot to her. To all other traveleers, you'll be lucky to meet her.

Excellent combination of price and value. Arrived with a spouse in January, room on the fourth floor. Spacious, clean, warm. Air conditioning, hairdryer. Good location 10 minutes from the metro. If you travel with your backpack, a walk will be a pleasure. The hotel is located away from the noisy streets, in a pleasant area. The price of the stay includes even breakfast. When booking I missed it and got a nice surprise.

The hotel and room fully met expectations.

The hotel is small and very cozy, with a beautiful inner courtyard full of blooming roses. It has a lovely, home-like atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring, making the whole experience feel like staying with family.

A bit far from the subway station, approximately 7-10 minutes walk

Friendly and attentive staff, felt welcoming from the start. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. They can also cook meals for you which is a plus. When I accidentally payed extra the next time I met the receptionist lady she offered my money back voluntarily.

There were two spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the breakfast was very basic.

Just a short walk from the train station and down a quiet side street . Very good value for money and as public transport is so good in Yerevan there is no need to stay in central expensive hotels. Catch bus 62 or the Metro straight into the city. Clean and huge room. Manager was super helpful and friendly.
