Location a bit out of center, but still easy to get around and busstop next to the hotel! The staff made our stay great! Bonus for having a sauna and jacuzzi in the room!! Breakfast really good! Anything we asked the staff was happy to provide and always greeted us with a smile and good vibes! Loved it!!

The deluxe room is amazing and I was not expecting the jacuzzi as the booking website only mentions the sauna! So this was a great bonus...the only one small thing I have is that for this room the bed could be bigger and would be lovely to have a fridge.

We are visiting Yerevan for the first time and have selected to stay at the Aleppo Hotel. The entire family had a fantastic visit and were extremely satisfied with their service. Though I bought our tour package through another supplier, the hotel manager was really helpful in offering his recommendations for the finest sites for us to visit. When visiting Yerevan, I strongly recommend that you stay at the Aleppo Hotel. The receptions are very helpful and accommodating. Though the hotel is busy, they are prompt assisting with our requests. We love everything in this place, the food, the people, the service, everything is fantastic.. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel staff. They meet you as a relative o the best friend. The other excellent point of the hotel is swimming pool which is excellent to pass some time with kids. Do recommend it!

We have amazing stayed in this hotel. The owner Mr. Anto was super helpful and accomodating, receptionist Anna and other lady was so friendly and welcoming. The entire crew was superb and top notch. We will be back for sure in no time. Thank you so much Guys!!!

Anna welcomed us so warmly that we felt like home! The room was very big and comfortable, even with a bathtub in the living room! From the window we had a view on the wonderful mount Ararat. Breakfast was rich and abundant. We wish to come back for longer and visit Erevan and Armenia as it should. Definitely recommended!

The rooms are big, clean and equipped. This level of comfort is higher than city center's hotels, while we are only 15 minutes away and the price can not be beaten.

Wi-Fi barely works. Beside the owner, the staff's kindness and care is minimum.

Property was Good Owner of the property was very friendly and the receptionist was so kind nature.

Everything was good. Suggestion to add a Soap stand in washroom it will be more Comfortable during bathtime.

We love that, every things are fantastic. Especially sauna and jacuzzi, we love every thing , clean property and rooms, very friendly staff and……..

We like the staff, how spacious the rooms were and the breakfast we had was balanced from salad to carbohydrate and protein.

The bed mattress was a bit painful to our back, the indoor pool is not a heated one, there was no creamer for the coffee on sight
