Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with a great view of the Yerevan skyline and Mount Ararat (Which is especially lovely at night!). The staff were extremely professional and friendly, they were ready to give us recommendations and advice on restaurants and places to visit whenever we needed it. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect. The only note is that this hotel is not located in the downtown city centre, but you will be able to reach the downtown area in just 10 minutes by taxi (which are very affordable) or bus. We did not feel any struggle or problems with the location of the hotel, it's also located right next to a big shopping centre where you can get food at the supermarket or anything else you'll need under one roof.

A fantastic, well designed and chic furnished apartment with spectacular views. Pros - Very well designed and furnished apartment. Modern and comfortable interiors, functional kitchen, clean and cozy bedroom. Amazing balcony with full privacy and the best view of Yerevan. I spent my majority time there sipping on Ararat brandy and enjoying the view of the city and the mountains beyond. The views from the bedroom and super as well. There is a mall next door which makes life easy. The nearby hill where the genocide museum is located has amazing hiking trails. We would hike up the hill from one end and end up at El Garden restaurant on the otherside for a tasty sumptuous brunch in their bubble pods in the middle of a surreal garden. The hotel reception manager was super duper nice lady and very helpful. Cons - I agmit that watching TV was not the goal of our trip but after a long day we do like to spend some time watching our favorite movie at night & i think the tv screen was too small. There was no resturant at the property and no room service (but i was told they are building one on the roof top now which should be ready by fall this year). A perfect pad away from the hustle bustle of the city with great views, plenty of nature around yet convenient in its location.

Amazing luxurious apartment in 12th floor with amazing views to Yerevan city and mountains in the back. The apartment was cleand every day and towels were changed regulary. Close to city centre (walking distance) and just near the shopping centre with stores. The girls in the reception were supernice and knowledgable about where to go and what to see. The securitygard watch over out motorbikes parked infront of the building.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and have a big balcony. It felt like home, all kitchen appliances were available. Iron, hairdryer, washing machine... all available. The hotel is secure and we felt very safe as a security guard is on shift every night and the elevator has a card-based access control system. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped me book a tour and suggested some itineraries. They were replying to all my queries very quickly. It is near a mall which is a convenient location and not so far from downtown. Overall it is a fair price for the unit booked and service provided.

Good Cleaning services are available everyday, however i think better Cleaning can be provided as the floor remained dusty. Shampoo quality was not ideal. And toothbrush was not provided.

The location was perfect for me being across the road from the tennis courts where I was playing. There is also a very nice mall next door with a food court and a supermarket. The staff were so friendly and both Zara and Mariam made sure I was well look after and were always welcoming. The one bedroom apartment was well appointed and had a amazing views of the city and Mr Ararat

I had been pre-warned about the maintenance work that would be going on during my stay which was helpful. I was however under the impression that it would not affect me as they would finish at 1800 each day. This proved not to be the case. On the last evening the drilling did not stop until 2030 The bed and pillows were not overly comfortable

Size of the apartment and the amenities provided was perfect. Loved the decor of the room and everything about it. Apologies we didn't take any picture before we spread our things around. The staff were very polite, friendly and of great assistance. Mariam and Zhara, thank you! Helped set us up with a car and driver for day trips. Shout out to Armen, who drove us around. This trip wouldn't have been so much fun and comfortable if it wasn't for your kind nature, smart choices and humour. Thank you!

What we didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel, just google map, which kept diverting the taxis to back roads which has not been developed properly yet. Also, I expected the room to have a proper view of the Ararat mountain, but it was facing the other side. Could still see part of the mountain range in a corner. But wide open view compensated for that. So no issues here again.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. For a couple it was very spacious and cozy. Beautiful rooms with a walk in closet in the bedroom. We didnt expect this but even our breakfast dishes got washed by the roomservice! Staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer our questions. Made everything very clear and stress free. The location was perfect for us. Just a bit out of the busy center but still close enough. Across the appartment complex there is a big shopping center where you can buy all your groceries, clothes, make up,... I would come here again for sure!

I think they didnt have a big double bed blanket, the blankets were a bit too small for the bed. We rented a car and there is no private parking to park your car. Thanks to the big parking of the shopping center we could park our car there without a problem when there were no places infront of the appartment to park. It can be a bit of a walk though.

The staff is super helpful and nice. The location is perfect as it is next to a big shopping mall where we can find anything there and lots of parking spaces nearby. The apartment has a full kitchen that we can make our breakfast every morning. The room is spacious, stylish and clean. I would definitely recommend RIS for families.
