It's a beautiful hotel. Love the swimming pool. N especially the rocks with water flowing.,so soothing .n at night blue color illuminating. Love the breakfast very much .Ara very soft spoken n nice ..Got a treat free ride back to the airport. .cuz i stayed 5 days. Just 10 to 15 min. taxi ride.to City Centre Republic Square.. love the viibe .love the Armenian food very much ..I ate at Cheriff n Lavash restaurants. I wished had more days to try another restaurants. Enjoyed all the 3 days tours. They're all worth it.Booked with Viator..n also Republic Square have lots of vendors selling tickets. I would highly recommend .Grand Hills

The staff are attentive and friendly: They gave their very best to fit our wishes. The food from the restaurant is very good and affordable (room service is available until 22:00). The breakfast had muliple options (especially salads!), the food was warm and delicious, and it was pleasant to eat close to the pool. Our room was spacious and the mattress of the bed was quite firm.

The hotel itself was hard to find. Two locations on Google Maps, one copied from Booking, and the other on directy on Google Maps, were both inaccurate - the hotel is somewhere in between, and you will miss the entrace travelling from the Google pin to the Booking pin, but it is more visible going the other way around. The name of the hotel is written in Armenian, and we were only able to recognize it by initials on top of the gate. Our room had no smaller lamps, and it was not always convenient to turn on the lights on the wall (which were quite bright). Pool works until 19h, which is a bit unreasonable for hot days.

I like everything about this hotel... picking me up at the airport at 2:00 am, a warm greeting at the hotel, a spacious and clean room, a reception desk with Koryun, Nare and Mary ready to help you 24/7 if you need anything, a breakfast buffet with homemade cakes with a chef Susanna always willing to take your orders for lunch/dinner, the waitresses Armine and Yeran always serving your food with a big smile on their faces, the barman Tigran shaking great cocktails for the guests and playing nice music, security guys always there to help you to get into a cab or come out, carrying a heavy stuff for you if you need and the most important keeping the premises safe, a sparkling pool with a waterfall, always clean and refreshing, and of course Vahram, the owner, a nice young man, a true businessman who made all the above happen. Thank you all!

Swimming pool was great to cool down! Breakfast was lovely. Room was super spacious!! Staff was very friendly. We had a good time! Families with kids were having a great time by the pool

Shower was not incredible. Food at the pool took long to come. Menu only in Armenian. Location was not the most convenient: 15min by car from city centre.

Very kind staff. Helped with any questions that arose. A bit far from the center, but the air is cleaner. Beautiful view from the windows. There are rooms with views of Mount Ararat. Comfortable, large bed. The hotel has its own small restaurant where they prepare delicious food. The restaurant is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is undoubtedly very convenient.

Love the cascading waterfalls by the swimming pool. Breakfast very good. .only 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to city centetr..great restaurants..Ara very nice n soft spoken. .I would highly recommend .. I booked so many tours from Viator .- a Trip Advisor Co.

Everything was perfect in this hotel, kind staff ready to help by all 24/7. Breakfast was delicious . Bar and kitchen was working 24h. Anytime you want you can order foo and waiters can bring to your room . Cleaning service was also 24/7. When i arrived to the hotel , security helped and brought my baggage .Administrators make upgrade and gave me deluxe suite room instead of standard . Room was very clean and comfort . Thank you so much. I reccommend this hotel. Next time if I will visit to Armenia for sure i will choose again Grand Hills hotel. Thank you so much for all staff.☺

I was traveling for a busness and i had chance only to stay at the hotel only 1 day.

Reception was amazingly helpful and good, check in and checkout was smooth and easy , very good breakfast with variety of local product and jams, no coffee machine but good coffee powder that you could make the coffee by your self . Food at the restaurant was super good. The hotel staffs were very polite and very kind . Pool was clean , nice and relaxing. Location is not at the center , but the taxi is cheap if you do not want to rent a car , so it is not a problem at all . The rooms are specious and nice.

It is a very hospitable place and the service is amazing! We stayed there already for the 2nd time! It is a nice hotel in a very quiet area with an amazing view from the balcony 👌 We also enjoyed the breakfast!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Staff members are very accommodating, from the reception up until the chef. Goarsh the chef. she always welcomes us everytime we will be having our breakfast and the food is appetizing. everyday there was a different menu to serve.

for 4 days we've staying there I don't think there was a simple thing that I didn't like.
