the breakfast is lovely as well as the staff. the room is more than what we could ask for and one part is with a nice partial view of the city. the staff is very nice and warm and helpful. we took a 4-bedroom apartment and the rooms are spacious as well as the dining/living room. we liked it very much and is worth the money we paid for.

if they could improve that the pool can be used even in winter for having a heater, then our trip would have been perfect as we actually searched for a hotel with pool so we can use it - but it was almost winter and the pool is without heater so no one could get in.

Our family had an excellent two-week stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options each morning. The view from the property was exceptional, adding to the overall experience. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, making it a truly memorable holiday. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others. We also enjoyed the pool, Bar, and other facilities immensely!

The road was a work in progress which I am sure will be awesome soon too.

Perfect! The apartments are spacious, equipped with all you might need, comfortable beds and rooms are very clean, as well whole complex. Amazing view (Deluxe apartement on 4th floor) of Yerevan city center, Mount Ararat and the sunset. Breakfast (had included) had sufficiently variety and everything is fresh and delicious. Would recommend for couples and/or families. We stayed for 8-nights. We enjoyed pool and as well playing tennis. The front desk and all other staff were very friendly and polite! Good Russian and English speaking personnel. If only the gym with ping pong table would have an air conditioning (improvement recommendation ;)). Non-city-center location, but worth renting a car (e.g. from Sixt rental) in order to explore remote locations in Armenia as well. Best to use Yandex Maps app for driving around.

It was a little disturbing that the facility is surrounded by new residential area, which is under construction, but once construction sites completed, it will be a beautiful area.

Our 4-room apartment was huge, I liked the layout, and that worked for us. We had in total 2 kids and 6 adults. The staff was friendly, they helped with every concern and question we had during our stay. A special thanks to the security guard who helped at 2 am to calm down a loud company over our apartment. The music near the pool and bar was great, a bit loud, but it drives a special vacation vibe. My boys enjoyed the tennis court and a game of table tennis.

There is a huge construction around. Once, we had a problem because the road was closed for a day, and the taxi driver refused to take us to another road, which was completely understandable: rocks all other around there. I'd say either the government or all of the surrounding property managers should make at least a temporary road for easier access. We also had our grandma with us and it was a bit hard for her to access the main entrance as it's 6 or 7 stairs down before it. I didn't pay attention to that while booking.

What a nice hotel what a nice holiday for our family. We arrived at the hotel early but the receptionist gave us a suite. A clean furnished one. The WiFi was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and whatever we needed was in the suite. So we had a great time there. The swimming pool was one of the best things in the hotel we enjoyed sunbathing and kids enjoyed the pool. The location is not in downtown and we needed to get an online taxi but the environment was very calm and peaceful so undoubtedly we recommend it to everyone

I want to thank all the staffs there in Panorama Armenia during our 4 days stay. They are all very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is appetizing and the chef is always on smile which gives us a good morning vibes. They upgraded us into 2-room stay with a wide living and dining area. It was superb!

Just a lil' bit far from the city but the view is excellent.

We loved loved loved the staff. The resort must keep them at any cost. Especially the people at the reception. Friendly, competent, and professional. We really liked everything else too including the breakfast, comfort, and the exceptional view.

Huge rooms. We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms 2 balcony with a kitchen room. It was almost too much room for 2 people. Helpful receptionist and food in the restaurant was great and cheap.

Construction is all around this hotel. Road leading to the hotel is rough. I am sure it will improve when construction ends.

Amazing stay for my elderly parents-in-law at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the beginning (I rang them beforehand to make sure they support our parents and they were very understanding). Really impressed by the staff's guidance and support going above and beyond to make sure an elderly couple was comfortable, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, the facilities, the breakfast in the morning and the view from the room! Family friendly place, highly recommended.

The location is outside of the city center, you need a taxi to get there (though it's not expensive and we weren't bothered having to do this every day), but if you want to walk out into the city center it's not the right location for it. The amenities in the hotel definitely made up for this though.

It was excellent! The location is very good for a city break in Yerevan. Even if it is a little far from the city, it is easy to get around by taxi, it is not expensive. Excellent swimming pool, dedicated and helpful staff. The food is terrific! Delightful breakfast.... And the city is beautiful, it's a pity that not many Romanians come to visit it. We wholeheartedly recommend the location!
