We had an exceptional experience at the Multi Grand Pharaon Hotel. Everything impressed us—the friendly and professional staff, the excellent service, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the high-quality in-room dining menu. The location was perfect: just a convenient 15-20 minute drive to Yerevan’s center, yet away from the city’s busy traffic. It also offered easy access to major sightseeing destinations like Lake Sevan and Dilijan. As someone who rented a car, I appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel. It truly offers a luxurious experience with great value for money. A thoughtful touch was a lovely gift they gifted us at check-out—a gesture we’ll always remember. I highly recommend the Multi Grand Pharaon Hotel for anyone visiting Armenia!

The amenities were splendid, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. I especially want to commend Ghor and Stella for their exceptional service. It was also a great bonus that parking was complimentary.

Everthing!its amazing decorations, with really exclusive architecture! Hotel workers really helpful and polite. Don’t think hotel is not centrum and will be problem .They have taxi app , and it’s really cheap. They have indoor- outdoor swimming pool, hamam, jakuzi etc…

Super nice and professional staff. Very clean and tidy room. Large size rooms. Just 10 minutes walk to casino. Luxury breakfast(must pay). The thing I love about the hotel is an exchange machine inside the lobby, which guests could exchange their money fast and with the fair rate.

Better breakfast be included, it is important for this kind of hotel prestige...

Great for short vacations. Only ordered food in the room and it was fine. There were also some new year activites and restaurants in the hotel but I didn't visit those.

Restaurant on board was awful. Such a poor service at the dinner and long waiting times despite there was no one except me. It’s a problem because of hotel’s location: there is no other restaurants around.

when i wanted to check out, the receptionist told us we should pay extra for damaging the head host of bathroom which it wasn’t true. After negotiating, they didn’t charge us but it made me little bit sad

Everything was great, but things could be greater if all staff speak English. As English is barely spoken, I found some difficulty in the communication.
