Food is good, has a good variety. The view is very good. Nice playgrounds for kids, although it would be better if the upper floor playground had some sort of cover, as it is practically useless during the sunny and rainy periods.

The road to the place is not good. The pool is in the SPA section, which means that to use it, one has to pay an extra 20 euros or so. There is no elevator from the reception to the upper floors, which makes it not suitable for strollers and people in wheelchairs. Going to the cottages from the dining hall, one has to pass through an area where people are allowed to smoke. Sometimes in the dining hall, the music is way too loud, and nobody is warned about it beforehand.

The resort was very nice and clean, the food was good and the staff was very helpful.

The air conditioning system was so loud, which made it impossible to enjoy the silence of nature.

From the majestic tranquility of the surrounding mountains, to the clean and comfortable apartment rooms and the relaxing spa services, this resort is all about unwinding and forgetting your worldly troubles. Perfectly aiding in that goal is the warm and helpful staff, who will always try their best to fulfill the guests' wishes. Add to the mix a more than adequate restaurant, and you'll have an offer that's almost unbeatable for the money asked.

While the staff, as mentioned, will gladly go above and beyond, it seems like there simply isn't enough of them, which does leave the otherwise excellent service lacking in the promptness department.

My stay at Dili Town was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a long day with my family.The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Special thanks to the front desk manager -Aram , who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. They made check-in smooth and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays!

Very new and clean hotel; spa was lovely; very quiet location with mountain views; room service food for evening meal was good quality and delivered quickly (obviously an extra charge)

Very poorly surfaced/incomplete and unfinished approach road make access difficult without 4x4; ongoing construction work meant access was blocked/difficult; unsurfaced/incomplete route from car park meant walking though mud to get in to hotel; it was not clear on booking.com that the spa was a chargeable extra; the in room information advised that breakfast was included with all rooms, but we were told it would be an extra charge

The room we got was amazing and had a balcony with the mountain view. It is very clean and comfortable. A la carte food in the restaurant is delicious, big thanks to your Chef.

After we paid for our stay on the following day after check in, at the checkout they asked for the payment again but luckily was sorted out quickly. Spa is not really to relax as it is connected to the pool so lots of people in the area. We stayed 2 nights and on the second day the outdoor pool was closed due to the technical works which no one informed us in advance.

The staff at Dili Town Resort and Spa went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience, including organizing our transfer from Yerevan. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, offering delicious dishes with great variety. The personnel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and exceeding our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of thoughtful options. As a tea lover, I was especially impressed by the selection of natural Armenian herbal teas, which added a unique and authentic touch to the stay.

The hotel facilities are very new, modern with a great level of comfort. Variety and quality of food for breakfast was exceptional. It seems like perfect place for big family celebrations where adults as well as children can have fun.

This is not the right place if you would like to get a good night sleep. It was extremely loud until about 2am. Some children were banging on all the doors and railings while adults were parting.
