Loved the pool area, had one uncomfortable run in with another guest who abandoned his kids there and my husband had to tell the front desk. The front desk staff acted quickly and handles it very well. My daughter loved swimming the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the large shower and room in bathroom to get ready and the closeness to down town was amazing.

We had a single unpleasant encounter with another guest who touched my mother without her permission and abandoned his kids at the pool, one of which who couldn't swim. The staff when notified did act quickly which was great.

Clean room with very comfortable bed.

Could hear the occupants of the rooms next to me. Distracting and made me worry about any noise I made which might be disturbing to them. Breakfast was very basic - funny eggs with a small chemically muffin. Had to search kitchen area for staff as there were no coffee cups and person who responded to the request was very unfriendly about it, even though I tried to make that a friendly exchange, not a criticism. Cups run out sometimes, no problem but don't need an attitude that early in the day.

The property was really clean and comfortable. Big shower and comfortable bed. Amenities were nice, and the breakfast was good.

I wish it was closer to town, but it was quiet being a little bit out. Walls seemed thin, as I heard guests on both sides but just during the day. Air conditioner worked well, but made a strange noise every time it turned off.

The room was beautiful and clean, the beds very comfortable. It was a big room too. The breakfast was great! I liked the waffles. Lots of meat choices and other hot items and oranges and apples. I stayed 3 days and had different items each morning.

They advertised a swimming pool and on arrival they said the pool was under construction. I was disappointed as I wanted to swim each day. I was up for a celebration of my mother’s life traveling with my daughter and we really wanted to chill by the pool. I feel like this is a classic bait and switch tactic. I’m don’t think I’ll book a La Quinta again! I always look for a pool. Also, there wasn’t a luggage rack. That’s a small thing but very helpful.

Easy to locate. Staff was helpful and professional. Complete facilities. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. It has a bar and a place to hang out, unwind, and finish a bottle or two that you bought from one of the wineries after a full day of tasting. This is especially appreciated by designated drivers of the group. Good bathroom facilities. The toilet flushing mechanism is the best I’ve seen. Good breakfast.

Room was a bit stuffy. Coffee could be better. The wine list at the bar could be better, but since they allow you to bring in your own, that’s fine. The property is quite far from Main Street so if you’re in Walla Walla for wine tasting and you’d prefer to just walk back to the hotel, then look for something closer. The rooms aren’t well insulated so you could pretty much hear everything on top and beside you. Quite pricey for the experience. I paid $315++ per night here vs $150++ in Hilton Resorts World Las Vegas and $200++ suite in Hilton Garden Inn Wilsonville.

Not enough general chargers 3 tesla n one non tesla! Only one tesla was used the whole time! The one we needed had a car parked their our whole stay we asked staff to tell them to move they never did! We had to drive away to get our car charged very inconvenient!

Wonderful stay! My mother and I came up to attend the Beach Boys concert @ the Walla Walla County fair - which was amazing, and this hotel had great location right off the freeway with like a 5 min drive into town. Check in was smooth, room was nice and comfy (felt like sleeping on a cloud☁️) and breakfast was delicious 😋 hot and cold to choose from and personally for me, having a waffle option is always a win-win 🍳🥞 had fresh fruit bowl & ice water available in lobby throughout the day. We only stayed for one night, did not have any loud noises and all the staff we ran into were very friendly. Did not have my dogs with us but is it Pet Friendly! 🐾 So if we make our way back over there w/ our fur babies we will definitely stay again

We didn't have the time anyways, but the pool was closed due to needing maintenance, but it looked nice inside regardless.

Easy online check in, facilities were clean and comfortable, staff were very nice and freindly. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Did not expect a bar in the lobby, which was nice and we did have a drink there.Pet facilities (grass walk)was very nice. I would come again.

The online check out did not work on a cell phone. I had to go to the front desk to check out. It was fine, just didn't work.

The room was spacious and we really appreciated the table and chair that my husband could use to set up his computer. Bed was comfortable and liked the shower with built in shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Liked the bar and breakfast set up in the lobby - pleasant to sit in and have a conversation as well as food/drink.

It was hard to regulate the temperature in the room - I couldn't get it cool enough at night. Also, some extra cups and some spoons would be appreciated for coffee/tea.

Bright, fresh, clean, and modern lobby, hallways and room interiors. Good wi-fi. Many tv channels, quality tv screen. Great breakfast with many choices, good coffee. Very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful front desk. Other staff friendly. Felt welcome after long drive from Seattle.

Bathtub could use a small grab bar for safer entry and exiting, especially when wet. Re tv, hard to figure out identity of any given channel other than just scrolling thru whole group until hitting a familiar one. For example, what channel is CNN? Or what are PBS channels. A channel guide would be helpful.
