their ability to work with me with unexpected circumstances. I set my parameters as five people in a room and booking.com offered me two queen beds, and in the photo it looked like there was a sofa bed as well. There was not. The Hampton moved me to a king bed with the sofa, bed, and then added a rollaway. I was so grateful that they were willing to be flexible and make sure that we were well taken care of. The staff are excellent and truly want to make sure that guests are 100% satisfied.

Great location, not that far from shopping on Main Street. Food establishments close. Parking great. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies, chilled citrus enhanced water as well as coffee in the lobby. Had the suite which included King Bed and fold out couch. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wonderful selection of cereals, breads, sausage/gravy, omelets, sausage patties, oatmeal and all the toppings, and 4 fruit juice selections. Also waffles. Very clean and updated establishment. Highly recommend.

Facial tissue was minimal in bathroom and the room did not have bedding for sofa bed as previously requested in reservation and verified beforehand by hotel; however, there had been a 4 hour no power outage affecting parts of Walla Walla, so room maintenance was affected. Check in staff was very accommodating and friendly - not so much friendliness upon checkout however - though person was courteous.

Breakfast was really good and the location of the property was perfect

The pool was down and when traveling with 3 kids the pool is VERY important. Kinda screwed the day up because the pool was gonna be the buffer between the day and night events. We went to the museum, went to lunch and then the hotel. Once we checked in we immediately changed and went downstairs to a padlocked pool…..kids were pissed.

Online check-in and a comfortable room

I wish I had known about the fitness center renovation when I booked my stay. Finding out about it on the day of my arrival was disappointing, as I’d have liked the opportunity to explore other options beforehand. Also, the booking confirmation e-mail and booking.com said the check-out time was 1 pm, so I made plans accordingly. However, I received a call from hotel staff at noon asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. It turned out that the time on booking.com wasn’t correct. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating and extended my stay till 1 pm.

The room was comfortable and I slept well. The morning host did a special job; inviting us to have a fresh baked roll and willing to serve us. Front desk always greeted us if at the desk

The pool/hot tub towels are too small. Storage in the room was on the small side.

Check-in Manager is awesome! Very helpful and seemed genuinely happy we were there, and she followed up on how we liked the accommodations. The refrigerator was not working, so it was promptly replaced, and a nice note was left behind.

A few trash cans were without bags, and they were dirty and rusty looking. This made us question how well the rest of the room was cleaned. The towels seemed to be older and thinner than what we have had in the past. Easy to fix these issues.

Dylan and Ally were amazing, communicative and informative. I loved that on our way to the hotel they text to see if we had any questions prior to arrival and to also let us know about the remodeling of the front desk. But they were there with a table to check us in and help us with any questions we may have.

The pillows were so uncomfortable all 3 of us woke up with stiff and sore necks the next morning.

Very clean. The gentleman that came in to clean the breakfast area, I think his name was Justice?, He was so kind, polite and very welcoming. It was a joy to see him on both mornings!

I would like to see Tea in the rooms with the addition of the coffee.

We really like the location and the EV Charging, as well as the convenient parking while charging! And actually that the jets on hot tub weren't working. We just like to soak, so it was nice.

We missed not having the Dark Roast coffee! Please bring it back! Also the only stationary bike in the fitness room was a Peloton, that a user has to sign into, and pay if you are not a member. Not all users want to ride a Peloton, please provide another stationary bike!

Customer service, location, room, breakfast

There is no real comfortable place with chairs to smoke. Please provide an area with chairs for people to be able to smoke and seat . These are customers as well as non smokers . Everyone pays and would like to have equal opportunity, thank you
