Surrounded by wheat fields and vineyards the setting was beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow which was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the nespresso coffee was a nice surprise. All of this is excellent but it doesn’t top the service we received. I’ve never stayed at a resort with this kind of attention to its guests. The hospitality was beyond my expectations. We arrived to the resort tired and hungry after traveling 4 plus hours in the car. The kitchen had just closed when we got there but they opened it for us and we were able to have the most delicious dinner. The cook and server (Hannah) were so gracious and made us feel very welcome. The made to order breakfast in the morning was also a nice surprise and very good.

The only reason I didn’t give this resort 10 stars was because of the goose poop. It was EVERYWHERE. I understand that it would be impossible to prevent but I never saw any staff members trying to hose it off the walkways. The lake also needs a dock. It’s cool that they have SUPs and kayaks to take out on the little lake but it looked impossible to get into without sliding down the goose poop covered slope.

The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow with no bathtub (only available in the hotel rooms). Service from the front desk was excellent. It is a good distance from the city, so that you can avoid the daily buzz, but it is close enough to go there if needed.

Breakfast needs improvements. It looked and tasted like a simple diner. Some options from the menu provided the night we checked in (e.g. egg bennies) were unavailable - and the options are very limited.

love the staff at the hotel and the restaurant as well. The staff actually remember that we had stayed months before. Love how quiet it is when you are sitting outside and the drive isn't bad from town. We will only stay with Eritage when you travel to Walla Walla from now on.

We could hear the people right next to us.....when they arrived back from town they were a bit loud. We turned the TV on and it drowned them out

We liked the location and the tranquility of the place. Our bungalow on the lake was very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order by a very pleasant cook who seemed to totally enjoy his job! The staff there were very accommodating in every way.

The bullfrogs in the lake kept us awake during the night, even when wearing ear plugs! Other than that, the place was great!

Peaceful, secluded scenic, quiet Obvious that when it was built attention to every detail was priority.

Didn’t have a hot tub and a gym. I knew that booking reservation but those are two things I look for to.

The warmth and kindness of the staff, the most delicious breakfast with several choices from the chef, the huge comfy rooms that have their own deck on the lake.

Beautiful grounds, and a lovely walk in the vineyards with a spectacular view. Very peaceful and relaxing. Delicious sparkling Chardonnay. The staff was exceptional.

Cabins on lake were small but cozy. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great!

The kayaks were not clean and ready to be used unfortunately....

Perfect location for any occasion. The staff go above & beyond ~ definitely worth a visit. Recently took my Dad for Fathers Day and the following day was my Mother's 60th Birthday Surprise Gathering on site. Mary the General Manager pulled out all the bells and whistles she could with such short notice. The staff who work there do everything and you can see they love their jobs! The location is 12 minutes from Walla Walla which allows quick trips into town yet NOTHING is around the resort except nature, peace and relaxation. The "breakfast included" touch was when I realized this place is legit. Breakfast TO ORDER, it was fantastic. Nothing like most hotel complimentary breakfasts, it was delicious. Rooms are well equipped and the beds in both the bungalow and suites were to dream about. My parents and I cannot wait to return for another relaxing adventure. Thank you Mary & your staff for making my parents surprise weekend getaway a huge success.

Sunday & Mondays the restaurant is closed except for breakfast. Loved everything else about this resort.

The property is beautiful! The rooms are clean and high quality luxury linens! The staff is wonderful, exceptional customer service! The restaurant dining is amazing! the food was so good!

The absolute ONLY thing wrong with our stay is the geese! They are beautiful to watch on the pond but they make a horrible mess (goose poop)all over the property! So much so that you have to watch where you walk and you can’t sit on the grass and enjoy the sunset! I would advise that they set up the coyote decoys to keep them off the lawns and walkways!!!
