Breakfast was good with lots of options. The outdoor patio was our go-to spot for eating. Elevator to our floor was great. We enjoyed being able to open the window to let in fresh air. There was enough space for all three of us. The fridge and microwave allowed us to use leftovers.

The lighting in the room was a bit lacking, especially over the coffee area sink and in the sofa bed alcove. We had to ask the desk clerk for a comforter for the sofa bed; he was very helpful.

Everything is beautiful and comfortable

Having a bar, the internet kinda shows or implies there will be a variety of local wines but when we got there, the bar was closed and had no wine. It’s a beautiful room but to only use for breakfast is a waste, im sure they’re a lot of factors having the bar open when it’s a slow season so I can see why having it closed can be cost effective. Maybe do something a little more modern with the bar area. I did find a nice little wine bar downtown tho so I got to explore a little (:

Good selection of food. Very clean everywhere. Appreciated pool area.

Bedding is not good. Fitted sheet does not fit. Comforter barely covers the bed. Holes in block out drapes. The reason for being there is to get a good night's sleep. Looking nice is good but a comfortable bed is more important. Hopefully this is not common in all of your rooms but since I had an up-graded room I expected better,Good location,

The manager was very nice with directions. I had asked for a 2 queen bed with a river view but it was not available so I was upgrade3d to a suite. Very nice!

My room was not cleaned. I was told that I needed to hang a request form on the door but did not receive the form at check in. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee. I should have been offered an adjustment on my bill, but that was not offered.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Staff was very helpful with questions.

The bed was a spring mattress, not my preferred choice as it is more firm. But regardless, I got great sleep and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was good. enjoyed having passion fruit orange guava (POG) as a juice choice.

I have a limited diet (no red meat or port). Would have liked to have seen potatoes as an alternative to biscuits and sausage gravy

Pool and hot tub closed too early. Prefer they stay open to midnight. Maybe adults only from 10 to 12. If you made that change I would stay here every time I book a room.

The night staff are exceptionally great! We felt they really cared for us on our stay! They need a promotion! Really nice guys!

This hotel has a welcoming lobby, comfortable beds, and a well-functioning cooling system. It's also right on a Mill Creek hiking path, so exercising is easy.

After one morning of coffee, I walked over to the local espresso shop, but that's a matter of taste (and the need for non-dairy choices).

Night staff person was awesome. She made us and my dogs feel very welcome. She got water for the dogs and showed us where they could exercise.
