Fantastic location, exceptional staff in every area, rooftop area is a gorgeous and relaxed area, pay for the superior rooms if you’re adults it’s worth it. Rooms are spacious and modern, shower area in bathroom was spacious and the shower rose was bliss

Comfortable beds shower was brilliant black out curtains and really quiet rooms. Avana rooftop was amazing as was breakfast. Very secure system with card to activate lift etc. ultra modern hotel. Staff exceptionally friendly. Late check out was fantastic and very reasonable. Highly recommended hotel.

Had dinner on one night.....dessert choice was limited but beautiful desserts were on display the following morning at breakfast! Toilet paper was a bit scarce had to ask for it.

Great value for money. Definitely get a superior room to access the rooftop pools as they and the whole ambience up there is fabulous. Lovely interior in the communal areas. Super king size bed just for me on a single occupancy booking!! Huge shower.

Location just a bit too loud and lively for me personally… although admittedly it’s close to everything if that’s important to you! The breakfast had a fantastic range- very impressive- but I agree with others who say the hot food was well… not actually hot! As someone who cannot bear lukewarm food I just went for continental on my second morning and had lots of cheeses, fruit etc which I preferred to the cold(ish) hot breakfast items

The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Especially the ladies and gentlemen who were at the reception. I have had unpleasant experiences in Spain and Italy where hotel staff have not behaved properly. But the staff and management of this hotel are really great. I am very very satisfied. I have never stayed in a hotel this clean in Spain. The breakfast was excellent, varied, delicious and very clean. Dinner as well. Even when the hotel was busy, the table, chairs, plates, cutlery and food were very clean and fresh. The hotel is very close to several good supermarkets. Also, it is only a two/three minute walk to the beach. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it has very good doors and windows that are completely soundproof. The rooms have good, clean, modern and large bathrooms. Clean, high-quality bedding and towels and a tea kettle, which is very important and helpful. The service staff were also very good and tidy. And they did the cleaning work properly and cleanly. Wi-Fi was good most of the time, but a few times when the hotel was full of travelers, the Wi-Fi became weak. I have a small suggestion: if you move the basement disco or lower the volume of its amplifiers it would be much better for adult travelers like me who don't like loud voies and discos. The manager of this hotel should become the Minister of Tourism of Spain. Managing two four-star hotels together is a difficult task. We were in a superior double room, but there was nothing superior about it it was the same as a double room i had stayed in on a previous trip in fact smaller than a double i had stayed in in the sister hotel the Delmar, The room was very clean, and kept fresh throughout our trip the cleaning staff are friendly and work very hard, reception staff were helpful and friendly and always had a smile, the location of the hotel is great not far from the beach pubs shops and restaurants there is a rooftop bar and pool etc in the hotel called the Avana that if you have a superior or above room you are given access to via a card but everyone seemed to be up there so go early if you want a sunbed, breakfast, there was a lot of options from cooked to cereals and fresh fruits etc the coffee machine had a lot of choice and had the choices in different languages for those who only speak English

Although my experience of the staff was overall very good the staff in the restaurant let them down one lady in particular commented on us in rude terms as i had placed my finished plate to one side and she clearly did not like where i had put it, but she said it in Spanish not realising my partner can speak Spanish, We then decided to pay for evening meals in the hotel one night and she again gave glaring looks and made comments again in Spanish to her co worker about us English, but this time was given a look from my partner to let her know she had heard and understood, as she did not want to confront her and cause an issue.

Breakfast was amazing, literally any food one might want. The gym was great too. Rooms are nice and big enough, at least that was the case for us because we were on the 6th floor.

It’s very central, but that also means you are in a very chaotic area as soon as you get out of the door. I would recommend more a different area like Fenals beach when staying in Lloret. Our bathroom smelled like mould and damp, although it was clean but something must have been wrong with the pipes. They don’t leave water bottles every day, just the day of your arrival. Staff can be very polite but it depends on who you find, some don’t even acknowledge you when you get it. And if you want parking, it’s an extra 18€ a day.

Nice rooftop pool with a great view of the city. Great central location in walking distance to everything. Fantastic breakfast buffet (best we have ever had). Friendly staff. Nice gym. But Lloret de Mar is for youngsters who come to party. Not much charm, except for the coves in each end of the beach.

Beds could have been softer (quite hard) and the pillows were very small and uncomfortable - (ok for 2-3 nights). Lack of space to put your suitecase. Rooms are ok for the price, but lack a bit of personality (pictures on the wall, a rug on the floor...the little details). Ok soundproof - except for one night. Overall fine stay.

We liked the hotel very much because of almost everything: people, who work there, incredible breakfast, location, facilities. The employees at the reception and a restaurant are very kind, highly supporting and spread positive energy all time. The room was very comfortable and quiet in spite the hotel is located in the middle of the noisy street. It was very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Honestly, it was the best bed at the hotel which I have ever experienced. The bathroom is simply outstanding. The rooftop area with the swimming pool lets you relax after sightseeing day. If you want to swim in the sea, it takes just 5 minutes to get to the beach. I would recommend using buses to go to Barcelona and purchase a ticket the day before.  It took us 3 minutes to get to the Bus station.  In this case you will skip the traffic jams and the headache with the parking. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Lack of the hotel's parking. There are some solutions which we used. There is an underground parking just across the hotel but it is quite expensive. There are parking areas in 5 min walking from the hotel but it is very difficult to find a place. Please, keep in mind to reserve extra money to keep your car in the parking lot.

From the moment you arrive, the front reception team and security staff welcome you in such a friendly and lovable way. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and will keep coming back. The food is excellent and fresh, the hotel is everything you could ask for and the staff make your stay fantastic Ana, Luckka, and the rest of the team are fantastic.

The half board food menu has loads of pork options, which we don't eat. Just missed my spices on the mains and would have love, so e chilli incorporated in the cooking.

Very helpful personnel on reception (esp. Ana with the support by arrival), very good breakfasts with a good choice and variaty incl. Cava, relaxing atmosphere, and overall very good impressions after the stay

The noise outside can be critical for someone who likes a quiet environment (but we liked live DJs, jazz and blues in the evening from the balcony) Also the bed change could be conducted every day for the hotel of 4 stars
