just a small hint regarding the location: Google maps will show that the Mirador Mansion lays on the corner to nathan road, to get to Victoria Inn, you have to enter the "underpass" and take the lift to 14th floor and there search for the reception of Victoria Inn.

- very good location - flexibility of the staff ==> nice and helpfulp (very understanding about check out and keeping luggages) - room had enough place for two suitcases - no noise from outside

Hotel was a bit hard to locate as there is no sign in The street. The bathroom was really small, as a bigger Person had a hard time using The toilet and shower.

Comfortable clean bed. Good aircon. Complete basic needs, hot water, drinking water, mini ref, safe box, bedroom slippers, hair blower, TV, toiletress. Daily cleaning. Accommodating staff.

Size of toilet is too small but knowing HK and for its price its passable. The building is quiet old. Only 1 service elevator

Staff are nice and attentive to our needs specially Linda. Location is accessible to all forms of transportation. Rooms are clean and they are changing the beddings and towel daily. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent choice in the middle of TST in Hong Kong. Over a couple of visits, I stayed in different rooms on different floors. All were clean and well maintained. Good shower and bathroom facilities in each. The safe (safety deposit box) worked in each room I stayed in, which I really appreciated. Friendly managers. Location next door to the MTR station, but also quiet enough overnight. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Hong Kong. Beware there is a faster lift to the 14th floor of the building towards the back, so avoid Nathan Rd entrance if you can (from where there is a slower lift).

The first impression of Mirador Mansion can make people nervous (it is such a busy building with so many people) but I wouldn't worry about that when you get to the Victoria Inn itself.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. Presence of a looker and a fridge. The situation is very good and the MRT station just nearby. The window are overlooking the courtyard and It makes the place quiet. Very good value for money at the end.

No view. The room is like everywhere in hong kong small. The fridge could be a little bit noisy during the night.

The location was very accessible. It's only a few steps from the Tsim Sha Tsui station & bus stops where you can catch the A21 bus to and from the airport. The room was clean & they had a room for 4 people, which was perfect for my family. The staff was nice and responsive, especially the night staff Sam, who made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The toilet tank did not have water on our first night, but it could have been a building issue and not just the hotel. Everything was back to normal the next morning.

Location was amazing, easy access to metro, good retail facilities nearby. Clean rooms with all basic amenities (e.g., 24x7 hot water, TV, hair dryer etc.), common water filling station and microwave provided. Mr. Sonu and Mr. Sam were extremely helpful throughout our stay from providing help with requirements in the room to information on where and how to navigate Hong Kong. Overall great experience.

Space inside the room was limited however that is to be expected across Hong Kong

We like the location, accessible, well cleaned room, accommodating staff. Thanks to Linda (modern) and both the guys in Victoria Inn (sorry forgot your names) we got a good sleep, aircon works well, good water supply.

Not that we didn't like, but really the toilet is small, so when someone takes a bath the whole area is wet. Rooms are a bit small too but passable for budget travellers. Anyway we just need a place to rest and sleep and we got it here! The building itself is quite old na.
