Everything was exceptional and above my expectations! Great location surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and stores, and a big and clean room! The subway was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I will return again and stay with my family next time!

The front desk staff could be more friendly and provide more info about the hotel facilities.

Our room had a small window and offered no view other than the very close adjacent building. We were dissatisfied with the lack of natural light during daytime. As we had booked a ten night stay this displayed a lack of thought by the management. When we arrived on 2nd October the roof garden and pool was open. However on the 6th October it was shut for the Winter despite the weather being warm and sunny. Shutting the pool is understandable but not keeping open the roof for sitting and relaxing is not a good policy. We were dissatisfied with this as we wanted to sit in the sunshine reading. As previously stated our room offered little natural light and being declined the opportunity to sit on the roof was disappointing.

Expensive and not choice valued breakfast, lack of room service. Rather small fitness room. We stayed 3 weeks in end of November- beg of December 2024 and it was quite noisy due to construction works nearby including weekends

The convenience of being just a short walk from Seo Hyun Station Exit 4 made it easy to explore the city. Plus, having the AK Plaza nearby was perfect for shopping and dining options right at our doorstep.

I was disappointed that the hotel staff didn’t provide detailed information about the available facilities, services, and dining options. It would have been helpful to know more about the amenities and restaurant choices to better plan my stay.

They didn't have to process a deposit on my CC like other hotels. Also they didn't need anything except our passports to check in. No upsell at all which is nice.

We should have been offered two keys upon arrival instead of one. We got another one the next day easily. Also, the rooftop bar and pool is heavily advertised but not available. It was cold while we were there but not rainy. Also, the room never got cool enough even though we opened a window as expected. The hotel advertises AC but doesn't allow it to be turned on in the winter per a card in the room. That should be noted on the hotel web site also.

The staff were quick to resolve an issue with a missing TV remote. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked that there was a water and ice dispenser on each floor. The gym was clean and luckily not busy - there is a reasonable variety of machines and free weights. There is also a convenience store in the lobby and there are many restaurants in the area although I did not go to any. The staff also allowed me to leave my bags in the lobby area after I checked out and helped to book me a taxi when I returned to go to the airport.

There are no taxi stands in the area and the staff were not proactive with helping when I asked about where to get a taxi to go out and meet a friend in the city. However, it is clearly stated on their check-in info sheet that they only provide taxi bookings if you are intending to go to the airport.

Absolutely fabulous 10 day stay. All the reception staff were extremely helpful. The room was excellent and extremely clean. The cleaner was very friendly. The facilities in the hotel were excellent too. We only went up to the roof top pool once but again an excellent facility. The location is brilliant. The hotel has a very well stocked Emart near reception. The guy was lovely topping up our travel cards every morning. There were lots of coffee shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel. AK Plaza was a 5 minute walk away, the train station was located in the basement so travel into Seoul was very easy.

For me personally, the location was absolutely perfect because my daughter's apartment was less than 10 minutes away. Also, there was a train station, a mall and various restaurants all within walking distance. However, if you are planning to do the "touristy" things (Korean Village, Korean Market, Palaces, etc) in Seoul expect to travel at least an hour to get to those destinations. Secondly, the Front Desk/Concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anytime that I needed a taxi, I would show them the address, they would radio a driver and the taxi would be at the hotel within minutes. The Hotel Doorman outside waiting for our taxi to arrive was always smiling, always greeted us and so very nice as well.

The room service could have been better. The body wash container was empty when we arrived and remained empty the whole time that we were there (my son had to use the hand soap when he showered). Then on different days they would forget to leave and/or replenish the hand soap, a bath towel or bottled waters.

Perfect hotel. It has literally everything you might think of! Laundry — yes, free and detergents are free too. Netflix — yes and free (or maybe somebody forgot to logout :-) Pool — yes and free. Tee, coffee in the room — yes and free. Even microwave and free water supply on the floor! Gym — of course, and even a fighting club (but was closed)! The room was wonderful! The bed was giant and soft. It was totally quite. Water pressure was strong. The stuff was super friendly too. Breakfast was good and diverse. And an overall Bundang area is pleasant and quite. It is almost too good to bee trues at such a reasonable price. Usually if you get this level of service everything is pricy, like laundry for example, you can get free laundry in small average hotel, but good hotels will only have paid option. Somerset is a perfect mixture of comfort and free options, don't miss it!

I didn't disliked it, but just to notice—the pool is tiny and shallow, like 0.7 m deep. You have to book it in advance. But it was fun anyway and the view is picturesque :-)

The staff are courteous and accommodating especially Toby. The room is cleaned everyday and facilities are great

The room temperature is warm at night. I wake up at about 3 am perspiring.
